Service is less than desirable. Just didn’t feel right when was told “ well we can’t guarantee anything”. This was for a simple alignment. Went to get my keys and basically didn’t care. I then went up front and talked with management; they apologized to me, yet refused to do anything about the workers. They then decided a good business move would be to bad mouth other dealers. Wow! Took my business elsewhere as this is one of the most unprofessional, most unethical businesses in the Lancaster area. This place would benefit greatly via employee training and management going and getting a quality education to know how to truly run a business.
Bob Boyd Automotive Group never has to worry about my money ever again. As there are far more professional and better dealers in the Central Ohio area.
I bid them the best of luck, as they’ll need it, if Bob Boyd continues to act in an unprofessional manner they’ll eventually have a loss of profit and close which would greatly benefit Fairfield counties appeal, yet at the same time hurting Fairfield county as their horrible workers will go elsewhere and infect that workplace with their cancerous attitudes.
I am feeling very lucky that I have decided to leave Bob Boyd CDJR before they possibly caused any damage to my vehicle.

Ryan and Neil were superb . Walked in and got a service appointment book right away with less than a weeks wait . The service tech went above and beyond and even did a recall and filled my low tire . The service expensive blew my mind and was much less than I thought ,as I found out in the paperwork some of it was a simple fix . No hidden fees , the lobby has good movies on with free available water and snacks . This is my first service visit at a dealership and I'm absolutely pleased . Will be returning for my maintenance needs in the future at bob boyd CDJR . If you're looking for a welcoming sales rep ask for Sydney sain! All in all 6/5 service.

Phil Stroup at Bob Boyd did a great job, worked with him on purchasing new 24 ram 3500. Made everyone feel welcomed, had the truck at the front door ready for me to test drive for when I arrived. Dealership was nice and clean would recommend paying them a visit. Worked with me on trade in and already had good pricing on the truck after discounts and rebates.
