Needed routine service, I called and scheduled as everywhere was on a pretty long wait. I dropped my car off the morning of and went to work, I got a call shortly after I left saying that there was a cancellation, and they were able to get my car in early. They found several other issues that I was not expecting, they were happy to walk me through the cost and if it was an emergent situation. some items I decided to correct, some I decided to hold off on. I appreciated their honesty and speed of service. Overall, the cost was on par with other places. The waiting room was very nice and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly.

So...2 weeks ago I scheduled an appointment because my service 4wd light came on. I have a warranty. The man scheduled me and said he'd try to get someone to look at it and do a full service inspection. I should've known when he said "try". I'm literally scheduling 2 weeks out to make sure someone can look at it. He asked if I'm dropping it off or if I was going to hang around. I said I couldn't drop off, I'm a single dad and this is my only vehicle. Fast forward 2 weeks. I get there and the guy says I was scheduled to leave my vehicle overnight. I then said "are you serious?" He replies "yes" and then proceeds to tell me it's an intermittent issues and it could take a very long time to diagnose. So I went off on the guy and left. On my way home 5 min later the light comes back on like it has been. My big beef is if you schedule an appointment and say you'll have someone look at it. Then do what was agreed on the phone. That's it.

I've called them multiple times, trying to schedule an appointment to get my car looked at, and they just kept giving me excuses after excuses claiming why they can't do anything to help me so they can just avoid doing their jobs! Now I'm gonna have to figure out a way to gather enough money to get the car to a dodge dealer out of town because towing's gonna be expensive to get the car to and from that dealer. My advice: AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!

!Avoid this dealership at all cost! For perspective, I was looking to buy a $58,000 jeep wrangler. I would like to start off by saying the two sales associates, Brian Hammond and Marissa, were very helpful. Unfortunately, the reason for my poor review is the General Sales Manager, Ryan Frasure. I had some concerns with the original offers that were given to me regarding a trade in, as well as fees that were listed on the sale agreement ("Non Tax Fees"). Given the price of the vehicle, full transparency was important. Ryan was not transparent whatsoever regarding the "non tax fees". When we entered into discussions over my trade value and the value of the vehicle, he became visibly frustrated. Ultimately the conversation ended with Ryan providing an ultimatum stating that "He should not even be selling the vehicle at the listed price of the website, and if I do not take this offer he will be raising the price the following morning". True to his word, he did do so.

Always a great experience. I've purchased several vehicles from them and the service has always been top notch. The best part is seeing familiar faces every two me we go there.
