Walked into the BOOST store. Jake greeted me with a smile. Purchased a new phone; Jake transferred all my info from old phone to new..In and out within 3O minutes....Excellent customer service .. Recommend this store and Jake.

I've been a boost mobile customer for over 10 yrs and ever since this so called merge it has don't nothing but make my signal not work. I don't mean for a few hours either! I mean days at a time. When the merge 1st happened I had purchase 4 new phones that were "compatible" with the new so called better service! Dont waste your money, this has been going on for months and i have 4 kids in different schools....seriously looking into changing services!

Wally was AMAZING! My trip to this store was the fastest EVER! His professionalism is ON POINT! He handled every question perfectly! Got me set up with a new phone, line and accessories in under 30 mins! I say this all because the Ety location was TERRIBLE!! I will only be coming to this location for now on! Ety will lie and hustle you out of your money and time! I spent 3 hours at that location and they did absolutely nothing for me!!

Not gonna lie I was definitely sold the wrong phone on accident and due to there policy it actually messes the customer over multiple different ways, but the dude definitely went out of his way to make it as right as he possibly could and has even helped me multiple times because the phone I ordered online didn't come complete and was definitely used but he still helped me get that taken care of

I really love how clean they are and how intentive the sales people are.. when my family and I came in there and February and we all got a new cell phones my son went with the Apple iPhone and I went with the older Stylo 6 since then my son got his phone locked accidentally and Tristan was very nice helped me get all the information I needed to take it to the iPhone store.. I had millions of questions for him seeing how I'm a total blonde when it comes to any type of newer phones.. but not one time did he lose his cool get unprofessional or act any other way but professional thank you guys again and if I ever have any problems with my phone service all I got to do is call customer service and you guys always make it right.. I normally go straight talk through Walmart but someone told me to try boost so I did and I'm glad now you guys just need to get better cases for the Stylo 6 please and thank you lol...
