CrossFit 740 is a great gym with great people and an amazing facility. The coaches are super helpful, friendly, and dedicated, going above and beyond to help athletes from all levels. The overall atmosphere is like being with family, full of positive, uplifting, and supportive members. Everyone is nice and helpful, and the place is kept clean. The workouts are always something different, pushing in a new way. This environment helps people physically and mentally, expanding what is possible in fitness, health, and life. Anyone can do CrossFit here and will not be disappointed.
Great gym in the Lancaster area with a great group of people. I’ve always felt welcomed by the members, coaches, and owner. 24 hour access, sauna, ice bath, classes, or open gym time. Definitely a place worth joining!

The place is kept clean, everyone cleans up after themselves after each workout. Everyone is nice and helpful. I LOVE the workouts. Always something different, pushing myself in a new way. Definitely recommend trying it out!

CrossFit 740 is a great gym with great people! If your on the fence about joining JUMP right on over and JOIN! The coaches are all super helpful and easy to talk to as well as the members! CrossFit has helped me physically and mentally and I am SOLD!
