Needed a 2nd tire for car dolley (SL185 R 12, 10 ply). Called the evening before about a tire. They would have to order it and would be in by 8am. They had us on the road by 8:30am.

Its worrying me that they didnt put my wipers on properly which made the drivers side wiper come off during first rain use in heavy traffic. The passenger side still had the packaging clips on it so it just scraped the glass .this is unbelievable. Check your lugs everyone.

Buyer beware, I have always went to this location for any tire needs, I bought 6 new tires for my Ram Dually a few weeks ago. Noticed a thumping clicking coming from the passenger side front. I pulled the hub cap off and to my surprise, one lug was broke, and 5 others were finger loose. If you do get work done here, check your lug nuts before you get in serious trouble. Could have just been a one time thing, but now it's something I'm always going to check with whoever I get tires from, because it's not going to be these guys anymore.

Best and fastest service ever.. Had gotten tires from discount forever (in colorado) recently moved here so of course I looked up discount tire. Nicest folks ever. Had tires on and out the door in 35 mins. Never before have had such great service and efficiency. So 2 thumbs up.. u need to give your people a raise down in lancaster

I stopped in on my way to Meijer to see if they could help with my cars slight bounce issue. Damion greeted me when I entered, taught me how to check my tires manufacture date, and diagnosed and fixed the problem before I could get my groceries picked out. If that wasn't good enough they didn't charge me for the rebalancing.
I will be back here in two years to get my tires replaced. I'm blown away.
