There was a defect in the pair of shoes that I ordered. After contacting the company and sending pictures of the shoe in question, they sent me a new pair of shoes free of charge. From my experience , it seems like Drew stands behind his shoes.

I just received my new pairs of Skate and Buzz shoes from the recent sale and they exceed my expectations. Fabulous! This is my second order and all of my shoes will be coming from Drew. Thanks for being there for those of us that need special shoes!
