Ruff start with Carla poor communication but Then the owner Jesse took over my process and it was the smoothest process! Hope he’s the face of the franchise from now on! Will be ran much better!

The Reviews are NOT wrong. This place is a mess, if I could give it a negative 5, I would.
We took our vehicle there to have some minor repair done. Nothing except some paint chipping. They stated it would be 2 weeks. It took 3 weeks. That’s not the worst part, they missed two spots where the paint was chipped off, about 2 inches and another spot on the door where there was some rust.
Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. Go somewhere else.

Do yourself a favor and just go elsewhere. Communication is very poor and staff including the owner was very rude yesterday. A estimated 5 day job took 11 and each time I called or drove over there was a different excuse as to why the car was not done. No phone calls or texts or emails from Echard at all until yesterday evening. At which point they only said it's done. Would have been nice if they would have contacted me at some point along the way as to the status or delays on my car but no. Today they made me pay $20 more than my deductible. I even asked the insurance company weeks ago if this might happen and they assured me no. Anything above my deductible including any hidden credit card fees should not be part of the deductible. Quality of the most of the repair work seems OK but the car is dirty. Dust and smears all over the mirror. Bug guts all over some of the bumper trim. Plastic near the gauges behind the steering wheel have finger prints all over them. Navigation screen is all smeared. Floor mats are filthy. There is a small crack in the windshield on the passenger side too that was not there and they refused to replace it.

Refused to fix a broken part caused by them they took a picture before and I forgot to so now there’s nothing I can do.

Good experience with the Baltimore location, bad experience with the Lancaster location. I hate leaving this review because the shop came HIGHLY recommended. I received almost no communication while my car was in the shop. I had it towed there from the Baltimore location as they said the Lancaster location could get it done faster. After it was towed there, I tried to call many times while my car was there and there was never any answer or an option to leave a voicemail. I let the employees know that their voicemail box was broken but that was not fixed in the 2 months my car was there. I was referred to the Baltimore location by locals and one of their employees after posting on Facebook "Does anyone have recommendations for a repair shop that can work some of a deductible into an estimate?". I sent multiple emails asking if they were able to eliminate some of the deductible, as I have never paid a full deductible at any repair shop, and they completely ignored my question and just said "you could probably make payments". I didn't even receive this communication until after they started working on my car, and I would have taken it somewhere else if I had known this as I am struggling financially. My mom came with me and even asked about the deductible when we picked up my car and the receptionist just ignored us. I never received any communication about when they looked at my car, what was wrong with it, an eta to fix it, billing from insurance, etc. I gave up calling since I couldn't leave a message so I would never get return calls and sent emails that were met with short, vague responses. I asked for an ETA on repairs multiple times and the only communication I received was "Don't know. Waiting on parts". I'm very patient and aware repairs are taking longer, but to not even get a response to whether it would be weeks, a month, several months, etc. is ridiculous. I needed a *rough* ETA because my insurance only covered 3 weeks of a rental car so I had to pay an additional few weeks which was not cheap, and then borrow a family member's car but wasn't even able to give them a rough estimate of how long I would need it for. I wasn't even given an ETA when the parts came in, just randomly got emailed one day 2 months later "Your car is done". I went to pick it up at 5:30 a few days later as I don't get off until 5-6pm (they close at 6) and have an hour drive from work and they seemed annoyed I was coming in so close to close. When I came into the office it felt like I was intruding on their personal conversation. Then after driving all of that way, they informed me they only received $3,000 from insurance and were missing $7,000 of the payment which I did not have as they never informed me in the 2 months that my car was there that they were missing seven thousand dollars. I feel like that's an important detail to mention prior. Because of this I was not able to pick up my car that day despite driving an hour there, returning the car I was borrowing from a family member which was 2 hours round trip and then I had to drive back 2 hours again to borrow it for another week until the rest of the insurance check got mailed. Then I had to again, return the vehicle I was borrowing, another 2 hour round trip, and drive an hour back to the shop. When I got my car the body work looked very nice minus some slight peeling on the fender but there is a belt or fan making a ticking noise that wasn't apparent before the accident and it is having some trouble shifting over 45mph. I no longer have a car to borrow and cant afford another rental, but I also genuinely just don't want to leave my car with them again to evaluate it after everything being such a hassle. Despite all of this I have been nothing but patient and kind with the employees but I wish I would have been more assertive because I feel like the whole situation was just really unprofessional and not taken seriously. They seem like decent people but it just felt like they didn'

There for a estimate and the lady helped me with ease and asked a tech to come out look inwhich he obliged and suggested things to her and I got my estimate and went on my way nice people I will say that

Owner extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t advise yelling at clients because you failed to fix a car properly. The proceeds to tell the client he hates people.

I took my 2014 Volkswagen there to get the drivers door & fender replaced, they did a great job! The paint match is perfect & all the electrical works great! I also had a stripe on my car that they redid to match the old one that was there & it’s about got me convinced to take it back to have them freshen up the other side too! Plus my car was the cleanest I’d seen it in a minute when I got it back & they had the best prices by far! Absolutely recommend!Services: Painting
