Called to ask if vehicle could be seen for transmission issue right away and they said yes. Kept vehicle for two weeks to replace two solenoids that another shop could have done in 3 days. (My friend had the same issue while mine was in the shop.) Never called with update to even tell me initially what was wrong. Kept having to chase after them to get the job done. They always had an excuse. Would not recommend. Paid over 1k for two solenoids to be replaced.

They did great! They took on our transmission job that 3 repair places declined. It is fixed and running awesome. Thank you Snoke's & Son for fixing our truck.

Great old school shop. Best mechanics in Lancaster and I’ve been to almost all of them unfortunately. There is nothing these guys can’t fix, and they are honest and clear about everything. They have been in business a long time and there is a reason why.

Gene and Bob are great mechanics and good guys I've tooken a couple vehicles to them they do good work and try and get u in and out quickly as possible ? I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for all u guys do

Don't really know yet, have my 2013 Suburban there for repair. Will have to wait till repair is completed to rate them. Did talk to one if their mechanics, seems to know his stuff

From the time I arrived on their property and gene came out to help unhook my vehicle I've got topservice,they did more to fix my 2004 trailblazer than just transmission work they also replaced shifting cable at no cost to me. Dropped my car off and a few days later I called them and they gave me the diagnosis but seemed like it wasn't their area of expertise to repair. $70 for a diagnosis wasn't too bad

This is a great little shop for getting your automobile fixed. The owner Mr. Snoke has been in business for decades and they do very good work. Danny was the Mechanic that showed me what was going on with my truck and why it was making a vibration. I had no idea! They didnt even charge me and told me to go get new tires and it balanced. I had them do other work for my other vehicles and they have always been professional and upfront. I will continue to do business with them.
