Dear consumers. If you want a good banking experience don’t use 5/3. Their app does not work properly and their customer service is substandard. They drew $800 dollars more than I authorized. Best I can tell it was a mistake in the app. They said I authorized the payment however I promise you I didn’t. Everything after that trying to solve the issue was a bad experience in CS. They don’t understand how their own products work. I have taken it all the way to the office of the President and only got the blame for their terrible application taking money out of my account. I promised them I would post a review on every bank in Ohio so here is one more. Dear 5/3 person who will respond to call the number under this save your time and plan on allot more posts. Your app won’t even allow an accurate payoff amount so I don’t know why it’s so hard to believe it steals money out of peoples accounts. It was returned after a comedy of errors. I no longer use them and will never again darken their door.

I went in to open a new account. I met with Stacia. She was very helpful and informative on all options Fifth Third offers. I received a phone call a couple of weeks after I opened the account. Stacia was checking on me to ensure I received my bank card via mail. It came in my maiden name solely due to old account history when I banked with 5/3 a decade ago. Everything upon account opening had my correct married name, which she verified. Stacia addressed the incorrect name on my debit card and promptly had the correct name issued on a new card while leaving my current card active so I could still use it. She followed up again, making sure I received the replacement card and to let me know I have an advance option available on my account now. I don't typically write reviews, but Stacia deserves a review for her stellar customer service. Thank you for your dedication to your customers. :)

I have never liked Banks and I even hate them more now there is a blonde headed woman there fat old who is very rude when I was trying to ask simple questions about getting notary that I've never dealt with getting notaries before I would never suggest anybody ever used that bank for anybody because of that woman right there cuz if she's like that they're all

Got hung up first time calling and got a rude employee the second. Happened on multiple occasions. Coupled with the fact that you turn off "overdraft protection" and yet your account will still overdraft anyways

2% fee to cash a check drawn on your bank.In the early nineties check cashing places were penalized for charging 1.75%, apparently you’ve made good investments in the elected officials you’ve purchased.

ATM is always down. Waiting in deposit line for what has been now 8 minutes to get $20 out. Slowest service ever. If they could get their stupid atm machines to work once in awhile I could be in and out. Instead I spent my entire lunch break in the drive through line.

NOW AT NEGATIVE 4 STARS: After an immediate email response to my negative review, I called the number in the email. This number informed me that I would be on a brief hold. After being on hold for a minute, the hold music stopped. Was I still on hold?? Waited for a minute. Hung up. Called back. Same thing. Waited on silent hold for two more minutes. Then a fast busy signal; followed by disconnect. Tried a 5th third time :)....same thing.
