Came in for Full syn oil change and brake fluid flush. Came in at 7am out around 8:15am nice not having to drop it off for the weekend to get this done. The issues that was brought up in the inspection I knew about IE tires. Did not try and up sale me.

# 1/5 Stars - Avoid R&R Tire at All Costs!
I recently visited R&R Tire for a tire-related issue, but what happened next was a nightmare. While they had my car, they somehow managed to rip off my bumper, which was perfectly fine before I brought it to them. They have it on camera, so they know they were the ones who caused the damage.
To my surprise, when they brought the damage to my attention, they acknowledged it and promised to fix it. However, that was 2-3 months ago, and since then, I've been completely blown off. They won't return my calls, texts, or respond to any of my messages.
It's unacceptable that a business would cause damage to a customer's property and then refuse to take responsibility for fixing it. I would strongly advise others to avoid R&R Tire at all costs. Until they improve their customer service and take responsibility for their actions, I wouldn't trust them with my vehicle.
# Update:
If you're considering taking your business to R&R Tire, think twice. They're more interested in making a quick buck than in providing quality service and respecting their customers' property.

John E. Out front. Listen to our concerns spoke to us about them. He had a tech that knew what he was doing also. Dealing with somebody like John out front I felt very comfortable in the end. The professionalism we experienced there was above and beyond regular customer service.
We were gonna be happy and I was not wrong I couldn’t be happier with Firestone Lancaster. I would recommend family and friends there without hesitation.

Highly recommend....
Truly the only place that i trust with my vehicle. Honest, professional, and fair prices whenever I've had to come here for service. John and Brian are absolutely awesome with customer service and tyler is a wizzard with a wrench for a lack of better words. Five stars all day long in my humble opinion. Appreciate you guys!
