Fred's Food Market is a quaint, clean local neighborhood grocery store. It is a small but friendly throwback with a good selection and all fresh stuff. The deli offers the best ham salad in Lancaster, along with delicious pimento cheese spread. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and take pride in their work. This market never disappoints and is highly recommended for its quality.
