I was just there today and it's totally awesome! The little museum has so many fun pieces of Gayfad barware, and the new barware in the shop was fabulous! I seriously didn't even know what I wanted to buy! The gentleman running the shop was very friendly and shared lots of history about the glassware. I cannot wait to come back!

This place is the go to for that bar or cocktail set that says “the bar ware is just as much a statement as the cocktail within”

I am in LOVE with everything in this shop! I stopped by in early December just for a look to see if I could grab some last minute gifts and ended up getting myself some gorgeous glasses. The attention to detail and the level of friendliness of the owners is on a different level. They are so happy to talk to you about the history and the design work they’re really passionate. Anyway 14/10 can’t wait to completely replace my glassware with their art.

I had the best time shopping at this store. The glassware is beautiful and unique, the staff are helpful, and I'm so happy to have such a cool place to shop and recommend to others right here in Lancaster.

This colorful and cool glass shop is the reincarnation of Gay Fad Studios (1939-1963), a local glassware company headed by the fierce Fran Taylor, a revolutionary in the glass world who empowered women throughout her life and career. If you want to learn more about her, just ask the people who own the store to tell you more. The friendly owners will tell you all about her! She has a very interesting story. You'll find lots of beautiful glassware, tableware, trinkets and more. Many of the items for sale are by local and women-owned businesses. It's really neat that Gay Fad Studios continues the tradition of empowering women by selling products produced by women!

This shop is a refreshing and unique experience that you should treat yourself to, in downtown Lancaster. Owners are lovely and engaging. They are so clearly passionate about this venture, and will gladly share the history of Gay Fad and it’s founder, Fran Taylor. A great retail collection of inspired bar ware, accentuated with splashes of acquired vintage pieces that are also for sale. This business is a gem and a wonderful addition to our downtown.

My fiancé and I stumbled upon this beautifully designed shop following the Lancaster Art Walk. From the outside we first saw the standout fabulous sign for Gay Fab Studios, then we noticed the colorful mural on the side of the building that turns the ally into an art exhibit and lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. We still had no idea what was inside, other than the obvious indication that it would be artistic and interesting, so we went in. Inside was breathtaking. If you have any interest or appreciation for art you must come in this shop, and even if you don't consider yourself an art appreciator, there is sure to be some unique piece of eye candy that will catch your interest. The shop is carefully designed with style and grace and displays everything you could ever want in the way of fun and stunning glass and bar ware. It's filled with fantastic gifts for anyone with a tasteful eye or sense of style. The style of the carefully selected items you will find favors mid-century modern and has a wonderful range including fantastic Art Deco and Art Nouveau. We were immediately greeted warmly by Jason and David who were incredibly friendly and informative and we learned a lot about how Gay Fad Studios started and what it is all about. We purchased our first piece from them that day, a gorgeous Art Deco bar shaker, but it won't be our last. Jason and David are a huge positive force, ready to do great things and support the greatness around them. Lancaster is so lucky to have them. So please stop in today if you are considering taking a trip to downtown or especially if you're planning to visit the glass museum across the street.
