The liquor store has a great selection, and the rest of the store is put together like a market in the movies. It's pretty neat.

The only reason I go to Giant Eagle is to take my 90 yo mother who doesn’t clip digital. It’s total bs you have to do this to get the item you want. So Mr or Mrs personality at the checkout had the personality of a rock in the middle of a desert. No one was friendly and the only one talked nicely to us was the gentleman who gets the carts. They all can kiss it.

You can't even checkout at this location without a rewards card. There is no cashier in sight. Self checkout has forced me to shop elsewhere. The liquor department however is excellent because someone actually works back there. I have never seen anything like it.

Spoke to two employees at this location trying to find a specific cake and I didn’t catch their names. Although they didn’t have it they was absolutely wonderful in their customer service skills and that means a lot!
