Our entire family LOVES Happy Goat! Every time we go, we have the best service and the goodies are better than most non-gluten free confections we’ve had. The owner is happy to answer any questions and always has a freezer stocked with extras (oh my…try the Buckeyes!) and a nice pantry selection too. Our Christmas order is divine!

This is the best gluten free bakery that I have found! Everything I’ve tried has been delicious. My husband and I fight over the oatmeal cream pies and he’s not even gluten free! It’s so comforting to have a completely safe bakery to buy goodies!Dietary restrictions: Everything is absolutely gluten free!

The food is great and I personally think they have a solid selection as far as local places go. The owner is nice but the gentleman helping her when I went had a slight attitude. Not enough to detract me from going but enough to note.The biggest negative in my opinion is the way they have their website set up. I understand they are limited by what the service offers but I would personally ditch that service in their shoes.I will give them credit, their homepage clearly lays out their limitations around holiday ordering. The issue I ran into is that I was sent a direct link to their online ordering portal some time ago. I went directly to the site from that link. Since I didn't visit the homepage I didn't see the special form you had to fill out for Christmas orders. I placed the order as you normally would for the scheduled pickup time.Fortunately I got lucky and the owner managed to piece together close to what I had ordered with extras she had around. But I have to take a star away for the situation overall. I shouldn't have to check the websites homepage or get lucky to actually receive my order if I'm able to place it and my money is accepted. At the very least the warning needs to be placed on the ordering page itself so the customer can't reach the ordering portal without seeing the warning, though I'd probably still take a star away for that. With so many options available these days I don't think it's unfair to expect a company to have straightforward ordering.Absolutely worth stopping in if you're in the area during their open hours just approach online ordering with caution as long as they continue to use square.

This place is amazing! She made a very beautiful wedding cake for our wedding, and our guests couldn’t tell it was gluten free. They said it was the best cake they ever had. I highly recommend the buckeye cupcakes!

So thrilled to locate this now that I can no longer have gluten. Bought a cupcake and a donut, both were delicious and the owner was amazingly helpful when she found out I have questions as a fairly newly diagnosed person with celiac disease. I know where I'm ordering cakes and such from for now on. ?

We ordered various treats (cupcakes, cookies, and cake) for our wedding at the end of April and everything was delicious! It was so nice to have gluten/dairy free options and you would never be able to tell the difference!! Thank you so much for helping make our day perfect?

I couldn't tell that these are gluten free. This place has the best foods I've had in years. Very moist and soft. Huge on flavor. I drove an hour and it was more than worth it. I will return to try out more. I highly recommend.

Happy Goat is a dedicated gluten free bakery. My husband and I stop in frequently. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. She bakes the best donuts every weekend! You can preorder which we find to be best for us so we are guaranteed to get the items we want. We appreciate that she also offers different baked goods each week and specialty flavors each month. She carries shelf stable and frozen groceries as well.

I have tried so many of the goodies here, and I am pleasantly surprised. Being new to a gluten-free lifestyle (my daughter) is overwhelming. Not willing to go without a birthday cake for her, we decided to try Happy Goat. I was honestly expecting to be at least marginally disappointed, but I was beyond pleased. I absolutely could not distinguish it as gluten-free. Zero disappointed, for sure!The cinnamon rolls are beyond amazing, and every cupcake has been perfect. I was delighted to try this beautiful blueberry muffin just this morning. I am very pleased to report that it was expectedly delicious!We are so very happy to have found such a treasure. I am very happy to also support a local, woman-owned small business.

I just had my first cinnamon roll in years, (since I found out they gluten was causing the headaches I had dealt with for years) and it was absolutely amazing!! Everything I have ordered has been awesome, I’m so glad I found this bakery!!

I ordered a very expensive gluten-free wedding cake from happy goat because my wife has celiac. I placed the order at least a month in advance. This bakery is 45 minutes away from my house and 1.5 hours away from the wedding site. I literally called them over 100 times the day before the wedding to make sure the cake was ready to pick up. They never answered. I left multiple voicemails. They never called me back. I had my wife drive all the way there just before they closed for the day. They told her that the cake wouldn't be ready until the next day... the wedding day!!! They probably forgot all about it and didn't even start making it until my wife walked out and drove all the way back home. When I went to pick up the cake... on my wedding day... I asked why they wouldn't pick up the phone or call be back the day before. The guy behind the counter just yelled at me an made several rude comments about how they are busy and don't have time to answer the phone. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT EVER order anything from this place. Their prices are high and their service is the absolute worst!!!

We love this bakery! we finally had our freezer biscuits and they are seriously so amazing! from the cupcakes, to the cookies, everything you offer is fantastic. It's so hard to find gluten-free fresh baked or ready to bake goods in our area. we will definitely be back, an order ahead of time too. thank you!

Recently I ordered a small wedding cake, just for the couple, from Happy Goat and it looked great! I requested 6 small (1/2) layers that were rainbow colors but was hidden under the icing and gold decorations. When they cut the cake it looked AMAZING!! It was the hit of the reception! EVERYBODY loved how it looked and remarked on how PERFECT it was. Happy Goat you went over and beyond to make a great day even more special! Thank you so much for the care you put into this cake!
