Rhonda ( supposedly lots of experience) did my taxes last year. 2021 year. I admit I am a procrastinator, but she assured me that she could get my return in on time. Well, unbeknownst to me prior, I was charged over $1000.00 with no guarantee that they would help in case of an audit. That’s an extra fee to stand behind their work. Within 3 weeks, the City of Lancaster fined me $68.00 late fee and informed me that I owed additional money.I would never recommend this company!!!
