I recently made my 3rd car purchase at Hugh White. I love the personal attention they give to me and what I am looking for. This time Larry at Hugh White Nissan helped my daughter and I get the car that fit her needs and our budget. He listened to what we were in the market for and he went above and beyond to see that we were not disappointed. Thank you Larry and Hugh White car dealership!

Super super super slowCurrently still waiting for them to finish my 95k mile service it’s been more than an hour since my appointment time which I was here shortly before and they had my car in a bay over an hour ago also….Not sure what takes so long to check CVT fluid differential gear oil brake pads and change the oil but I would not recommend them at all and I definitely would highly advise against planning on waiting for it unless you have hours to waste.

I took my granddaughter to look for a car after going to several lots we went to Hugh White ( I lease my cars thru them) she found a car she liked and decided to purchase it.Great customer service getting her all set up with a loan cleaned detailed the car.Hugh White gave great customer attention thru this purchase. I will continue to be a customer and believe my granddaughter will as well.A big super star for Hugh White. ❤️

I will not be back. Communication was horrible. Unanswered emails. Not willing to offer any type of payment arrangement for a person’s deductible is unacceptable in my opinion. Not everyone has a two person household. Helping with things like this would be nice for someone who’s working 3 jobs to make ends meet. Wouldn’t even consider it. I chose Hugh White Nissan to fix my car, I could’ve gone with any dealership, but I didn’t. If I have to choose a dealership again, for any type of repairs, I will not choose Hugh White Nissan. I will go elsewhere where they will listen to me, and go above and beyond to make sure all damages are repaired before having me sign off and 1/2 done job. I feel all the saw was dollar signs. Very disappointed.

Larry Martin went out of his way to sell us our 2023 Nissan Rogue SV. He was very polite, patient, and understanding. He was very professional, great at communication, and prepared the car for sale. We are currently enjoying the car. We will return to Hugh White Nissan Lancaster in the future. I have been driving Nissan's since 1993, and thank you for helping me purchase another high quality Nissan.

Friendly staff, service person was knowledgeable and helpful. He went over all that was done. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. I also like getting a car wash before I leave.

Luke in sales was super nice answered all my questions, didn't seem annoyed that he stayed well pass closing to make sure I was good to go with the car purchase. Finance was a very good experience as well!

Went in with a car in mind and had Luke as my salesman. he was friendly, fast, and efficient on getting the job done professionally. along with taking the time to get to know you personally unlike other salesmen talking over you/ down your throat about things you could care less about. test drive was a smooth process as well. walked out of there with a new car as a birthday present to myself! thanks again luke!! highly reccomend him to anyone.

I called to see if a code could be read that was on my dash on a Friday and was told they were too busy so I called another dealership and they pulled the code for me. The code said to call Nissan so I did and they told me to schedule service with Hugh White, so I did at their next available on Tuesday. I dropped my car off around 0630 for a 0815 appointment and it was after lunch and I still hadn’t heard anything. I called and was told that they had hooked the scanner up and there was nothing on the dash as far as throwing a code so they cleared the codes and took it for a drive to see if code would come back and it did not. I told the service writer that I provided the code and was told that high white themselves had to pull the code to see it for themselves before they would try to fix it. I said I attempted and was told I couldn’t come in for a code read because they were busy. She said well try again next time. My fiancé called to talk to service manager and he told him well I don’t know the code so I’m not throwing parts at it. This is my second time coming to this place and have had terrible service and the service manager was not pleasant. I will NOT recommend Hugh White or their service team to anyone after even trying to attempt to look at purchasing a car and was called and texted multiples within a few hours. Not even worth a star!

This is our third vehicle from this site. There is a reason we keep coming back. Larry Miller was great and treated us right. He listened to our needs / concerns and worked with us. He was never pushy or dishonest.

We went there to get me a new nissan rogue 2023 and I live 3 hours away in ky. RJ Cordova was extremely responsive and super helpful in the purchase of my new car they made the process easy; if I need to get another car I'll definitely be going here again!!

My experience started off very rough I was there to trade in my dream car and was very upset I think I even cried. The salesman Chad helped me out and we found a car to make the payment where I can afford and I left feeling sad but I knew I made the right choice. When we went over to the Nissan center the gentleman helped me understand the mobile app and put it on my phone. So helpful and made me feel like I made the right choice. Thank you so much for making me feel at home after a rough day for me.

Worked with Luke. He was a fantastic representative for the company. Professional, courteous, and met all our needs. Unfortunately, the dealership did not have the used car we were looking for at the time, but an overall pleasant experience!
