JOANN Fabric is one of the only few craft suppliers in Lancaster. Each and every time I have visited this location service is poor. Staff is not knowledgeable in crafts or materials and are often rude.

Rude staff close to closing. Immediately informed upon walking in how many minutes we had with no offer of assistance or anything. As a retail employee I know coming in close to closing can be a pain but customer service is a huge part of the job and they fell flat.

I just visited this store in order to gain info regarding the cost of sparkled black felt used to make vests for 15 children age 6-10. A dear friend made them for my students and won’t let me pay her, but I want to reimburse her for the cost of the fabric. I was only trying to do something kind for someone and needed help figuring out costs. The employee - who happens to be the store manager - was so rude and disrespectful, I will never shop there, buy from that store or go in there again. I stated that I was only trying to do something kind for someone who had been so generous to my students. The Store Manager was so rude, unkind and unprofessional, then tried to blow off raising her voice with me because I was wearing a mask??!!Blows me away that businesses forget how to treat customers!

Dropped by to pick up order. Called number on sign and was told they were extremely busy and I would have to wait. About 10 minutes later staff exited and handed me the order. Not too unpleasant, but definitely not what I expected.

Staff was very helpful finding the items I needed to remake a stuffed animal. Gave me several options. Usually good prices, especially if you grab a coupon or but halloween stuff at theast minute, or holiday stuff in late December.
