I just needed to put in an order for my meds but since it was 10 mins before their lunch,they couldn't be bothered to pick up.
They also never pick up, I can't place an order of my meds so I can function. Worst Pharmacy ever

Been calling for hours and getting voicemail everytime, got one ring and sent to voicemail like I was calling an ex. Called the store itself to have someone page them to answer and still no answer. Someone needs to get fired this is absolutely ridiculous.

I have used this pharmacy for what seems like forever, but the last couple years have me questioning my loyalty. Why do y'all think it's okay to choose not to fill prescriptions due to the price of the meds? No call, no verification attempt, just choose not to fill it. Or not process the rest of a partial fill? I know you're short staffed and busy, which is no excuse for these types issues!

We have been coming to this pharmacy for 20 years, filling 6 meds per month for a chronic illness. These meds are life sustaining that we HAVE ORDERED and are PAYING FOR at a PHARMACY, but somehow we are treated like we are really putting them out to come get them. Terrible pharmacy hours, with inconsistent results when filling a prescription here. While some of the technicians are very kind, this operation runs without efficiency. Kroger Pharmacy management needs to invest some time in this store or close the pharmacy.

Been loyal to Kroger for years and I’ve never had an issue with them.I will say only this,the line can get long sometimes but that’s only a side effect of good business practices and friendly techs.My meds are usually always in but the few times they were out they ordered them pretty quick.They acccept my insurance and I would recommend filling your scripts here if your looking for efficient service.

Stopped filling my meds. For no reason..thats the problem. They dont have to give you one. If they just don't like you, or your provider, they can refuse. They really act like they know better about your health than you're provider.. Very sad i was treated this way, and cut off a medicine i would of had seizures if i stopped taking. Sad and pathetic they act like they are above a doctor....count pills and print labels....stick to that.!

Trying to get my medications that my insurance doesn't want to pay for. But they have been so patient and kind at the Kroger pharmacy in Lancaster.

Worst experience ever waiting in line an hour was told be done In hour came back 2 hours later waited another hour inline and was told we are to busy to fill it can you come back tomorrow wth went to walgreens 15 minutes and didn't even get out of my car I will never fill a prescription here again very unprofessional was told go see if hospital could give me meds smh never again

If zero stars was an option that’s what this place would get prescriptions are never ready when supposed to be and one worker in particular in there is always very rude and snooty I will be changing pharmacy and would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone

Often takes multiple visits for medican to be filled. This has happened several times. I am ready to change pharmacy. They don't seem to care that they messed up.
