338 Washington Ave, Lancaster OH 43130
“We found the Washington Ave laundromat with older equipment BUT totally was a great experience. There was only one washer and one dryer that were not working but were labeled as such. There are sufficient countertops for folding your clean clothes. The laundromat has an attendant there all the time so there's no surprises when the equipment isn't working and there is no help in sight. I recommend Washington Ave laundromat highly.?”

“Very clean machines, staff there are extremely caring and wonderful people, go way above the scope of their job, to make sure your needs are met and you feel safe being there. Thank you so much for not only your kindness and compassion, but also the over the top first aid you rendered me, when I fell outside your business after I had left. Laying there bleeding, you and the 2 customers from the laundromat, Gabby and Andrew, came to my aid, getting me up and patching me up. Finding out from the hospital i had broken my hand and busted up my hip good. As a disabled veteran, you can't begin to know how much that means to me. Thank you guys so very much and may God bless you all for your kindness 🙏”

“Some of you people need to get over your perfect establishment expectations. It's a public laundromat that was not horrible. I'm a military veteran who has used many laundromat facilities and this one was by far not the worst I used. The staff was courteous and not all the machines are out of service. Good lawd!”
