I have tried a lot of the salons in Lancaster. None compare. The owner or Sam are who do my nails and they've always turned out beautiful and lasted forever. Won't go anywhere else. ❤️❤️

Very welcoming, the salon itself is designed and decorated with a soft color palette making it a relaxing environment to enjoy being in. I noticed that although they were busy.. the energy in this place is a positive one, from the staff to the clients. Definitely not the average walk-in nail shop.. As a walk-in, I was greeted and treated like I had an appointment(iykyk). The conversation was great and my nails look amazing!

Me and my friend went here a few times, the last time the gel polish only lasted a few day. My polish was laid so thick it flaked off that night. Anyways, the real reason for the review is our real nails under the polish ended up being yellow and nasty. Dirty tools I’m assuming, so now we have a nail fungus we have to tend to. Favorite place for waxing and nails. I get my eyebrows waxed every 3 weeks. This time, I got my eyebrows, upper lip, and gel polish with round shaping, and it was around 65$ i think. I am going to include a pic of my nails, but I have had the polish on for a week already. This is the only place I go to get any kind of waxing. I learned my lesson trying somewhere new.

I went in for a fill in and just wanted something different. I sit down and my nail tech doesn’t ask me what I’m wanting or what shape NOTHING. He just starts cutting my nails and filing to a random shape. I pulled my hand away and said I wanted square and he still didn’t give me square. They are lumpy and bulky looking. He wasn’t very professional and never communicated with me or asked me what I wanted or how I wanted them to look and just did whatever he wanted. 0/10 never going back. I had to go buy my own nail file and fix them myself. He seemed too worried about his phone and seemed like he was in such a rush.

Been going to Lu Lu for years! Always had great service and I love all the techs! Henry, yevette, Sam Mindy, Amanda! So many, all do exceptional work! One time I had a nail pop off, went in, they replaced immediately. I would highly recommend this place! Right next to Panera bread too, so I can stop and get your coffee and cookie and then go in and get a pedicure and manicure!

My sisters and I had a wonderful time getting pedicures. Henry and his staff were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be back again, bringing the 3 nieces with us next time.

Even with the salon packed they were very organized and only waited 15 minutes to be seated. Very affordable pricing as well for a full acrylic set with gel polish. It was my first time being there in years. It felt nice to sit down, get my nails done and relax in a welcoming environment. I’ll be coming back for a fill in a few weeks♡︎
