I had an awesome experience at Menards thanks to Stacy! She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and made the whole process quick and stress-free. The manager in the lighting section also stepped in and went the extra mile to make sure the transaction went smoothly. It’s rare to come across a team that’s this helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Give them both a raise — they’re the reason I’ll keep coming back!

Donna is one of the cashiers and though she wasn't working today I've been meaning to let you know how incredibly helpful, friendly and professional she is. Last year she helped me pick out a rose bush and it's fantastic.

Had to travel from one end of the town to the other during a horrible heatwave in a car with no AC just to get home to find out the product I spent $70+ on is defective..... Thanks guys appreciate that. Thankfully I've already reached out to the company of the product and they're sending me a replacement.

While I love Menards and use them for a good number of projects I am not a fan of the rebate program as set up. I do a large amount of shopping there and lose receipts and forget to mail more than I get my rewards. I should be able to load them onto the app and receive them in a timely manner. It is 2025 and mailing things is an inconvenience. I make several trips a month and trying to wrangle receipts sucks. I want to just scan them when I get in my truck from shopping and get my rewards in the app for them to scan at the register. This way they seem they want more people to not mess with them so they don’t have to pay that 11% back on most purchases. Time for an upgrade and get with the times. At least give the option to.

We lost our vehicle key in the parking lot and they were so eager to help us. We didn’t find it ourselves but a while later someone turned it in . I really loved how they were so understanding and helpful.

This menards sucks first off. I hate going to this place.if yor buying building materials You have to go inside. . Go through security, get your stuff. No one helps you then go back through security. Just to get your product in and out. That store takes you about an hour and a 1/2. I go through the register. The girl stands there. Don't help you bag your stuff. Don't even hand you your receipt and didn't even say thank you have a good day. I will never go back to this place post.

I have to edit the review one more time. We purchased close to three hundred dollars today, they wouldn't give us the 11% rebate even though every item shows it's shown having the rebate. I'm getting tired of getting ripped off. I previously had to update this review after trying to return an item. We purchased a item for $3.50, and since they wouldn't fit we tried to return them for a larger size. Unfortunately they didn't have any, but they would only give us a 50% return price. You have to be kidding, their the only one that has them but since we didn't have a receipt they couldn't give us the full price return. It was the best place to shop, employees are great and very helpful. I'll think twice before I shop at this store. I'll try Lowe's first.

Made an online purchase of an electronics item. Before I even received the item I was immediately inundated with emails pushing cheap junk of all sorts and had to unsubscribe. I needed to return the unused part in perfect condition and was told that unless I returned it to a brick and mortar location I would be charged a fee. I ordered it online because their nearest store was 500 miles away. So I returned it and got back less than half of what I paid for it. A total garbage company.
