Sara was awesome. I think she was fairly new, but she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had multiple people coming in for different needs. Handled it effortlessly. Great at multitasking.

They push Garbage phones. They sell you FREE cases 40$ WHEN YOU GO IN KNOW WHAT YOU WANT ! If you have any problems they will lie to you they will tell you one thing and then when you come in they tell you another thing they waste your time they run you around very very bad place to buy a phone. On a side note 5G does not work very well in Lancaster I get 2.5 megabytes per second on my high speed internet versus at home on the network I get 500 Mbps this is barely enough to run a music app when you are not on Wi-Fi the 4G works just fine at the same level of high speed 2.5 MPS 5G you can't even make a phone call unless you're on Wi-Fi so don't waste your time

I was pretty upset when I first got to the store. The young man, Evan [I think], took a look and had to make phone calls to get my account back in order. He was very pleasant and super helpful.
