They advertise a blend oil at $34.99 when it’s actually a standard oil. To get a synthetic blend it is $73.99. Big difference in price

Good friendly service manager gets an a+. My only issue was tire prices were a little high but when you needed it and they got it you get it

Had a problem drain bolt. They said whoever did it last beat the hell out of it, and left parts off of. The problem is Tire Choice Auto was who did it last time. Basically they openly admitted to being incompetent.

We had a good experience with this shop. James is professional and communication was great. I'll be visiting this shop again in the future. But was a little expensive!

The new manager (J) at the Lancaster OH location was incredibly helpful and I appreciate all that he and his technician (S) did to assist me with a new tire for my Honda. Thankfully I had initially purchased Road Side Hazard Ins for my tires!

So the people I delt with were friendly and polite and courteous, everything you'd expect from a good business. However, I went in to have a brake job done on both rear sides, was told my calipers were seized up and needed replaced. Could not afford both at the time so I got one new caliper and left the other side alone. Ended up doing the other side on my own and to my "surprise" the other caliper was not seized at all, it worked fine. Fast forward to a week ago, I have a bad bearing on the side they replaced, when I went to compress the new caliper they installed, the 2 prongs wouldn't fit it the press and turn caliper piston because the metal surrounding the prong hole was smashed from improper use of the tool they used, ie. misaligned prongs or wrong size prong set. I had to file away at the hole just to get the compression tool to fit in. So basically in a nutshell they lied about having seized calipers and damaged the new one they installed. The work they did was well over a year ago so I have no clue who works there now, but the mechanic that did my car was for sure shady, a liar for financial benefit, and did sloppy work. Good luck. Oh and I forgot to mention that they stripped one of the caliper bracket bolts so bad I had to use a grip socket to get it off, they must've damaged the other one so bad they had to replace it bcuz in its place was a longer bolt with a lock washer. I had to replace the bolts, because of shady shotty and sloppy work.

We made a 2:00 appointment. When we arrived the bays were full and the parking lot was packed only 2 spots left. When we went in it took about 15 minutes just to complete the paper work because the system was down. We waited 45 minutes and did not see ONE PERSON working on anything. Everybody in this place was playing around in the back of the shop. After waiting 45 minutes AFTER our appointment time we asked for our key and left and went to Katz. They had all 4 of our tires replaced and mounted on the car in less than 30 minutes. And it was cheaper!!! If you care about your vehicles DO NOT take your ride here!!!!!!

Been here since 9 a.m. because that's when my appointment was scheduled for. It's now 9:27 a.m. and it's a ghost town. Lights are all off and chains are still up in front of all the garage doors. Yet sign says they open at 9.I understand that things happen, people get sick or whatever it maybe. But I know not every employee that works here is sick. At least send someone in or call the client you have scheduled for 9 when you can't be there by then.
