Great place! The employees have been so nice and helpful anytime I've been there. They install new watch batteries for $7 while you wait. Very fast service. Highly recommended! 🙂

Rare to find stores that value customer service these days. I bought an interstate battery there for my car, mainly due to Interstate's reputation. They installed for free, which involved removing the intake, and wasn't just a drop in. 3 months later, during some recall work for the start/stop system on my car, the dealer diagnosed that the battery had failed, likely due to the start/stop issue. When I called Bennett about it, he assured me he would take care of it. He took care of swapping out the battery with the dealership without me having to pack up my kids and go pick up the battery and take it to him, and then take the new one back. Thank you, thank you.

Came in for a garage door battery and a battery for my truck. Fast and efficient. As well as free and detailed car battery install. Also spare your self the headaches. This is an interstate store!

Benny at the Battery Giant was able to find a pair of rechargable batteries to fit my favorite head lamp, and was also able to repair the remote control for my bed! Highly recommend!

Outstanding service I bought A Interstate battery from NTB and they stopped selling them therefor they would not cover the warranty came in to see Bennett they covered the battery even though I did not buy it there WOW you just dont find that kind of service much anymore HIGHLEY RECOMANDED.

My fob key needed to be replaced, went in there, they got me a new fob and got it working with my van. They were very helpful and saved me a lot of money by not having to go to the dealership. I also get my invisible fence collar battery there, a lot cheaper

Owner is very professional and knowledgeable. My key fob was destroyed from the previous owner with super glue. Bennett took the time to carefully dissect the key and put it into new a brand new shell. Works perfectly now! Highly recommended.
