I came in looking for an oil drain plug and out of every store within a 15 mile radius. They were the only ones to have it. Also she went back and got it to make sure it was there and when I got there they were more than helpful. It was a gentleman and a lady working, they went out of their way to get me situated with what parts I needed and we’re very very happy and helpful

Good knowledgeable folks who are very experienced. They are a cut above the fresh kid or retiree hired by many of the other chain places.They have things including agriculture parts the other guys don't.The crew I dealt with knew the make and model of the vehicle just from the used part I layed on the counter.They are value added and were cheaper at retail than my preffered pricing other places on some items.

Awful service, usually out of things no other store is. Also, the employees blatantly lied to me multiple times about a product i was buying being non conductive which could have resulted in someone dying and they didn't even want to apologize. If you can i would do business with someone else, or the branch in laurelville they are wonderful
