“I've been going to the Quick Lane at Bob Boyd Ford for six years, and I've had no problems. The staff is friendly with a nice waiting area. The mechanics are quick. And most of all, I feel they are trustworthy. Not only will they get your oil changed, or put new tires on your vehicle, but they also provide you with an extensive diagnostic for the overall health of your vehicle. And for me, that's great. It allows me to know how long I'll have before I need to make a repair, or get my brakes changed. Just an example. That's if the diagnostic shows anything that would. Overall, it's a friendly atmosphere with quick mechanics. And thats my opinion based from my experience of taking my truck in for six years.”

John topped off my washer fluid, put air in the tires, and lots of other things. I wish I could get service like this in Arizona! Even customers in the waiting room were praising this guy!
