“Prices are significantly higher than that of Rural King, which would be my only complaint. If you don't get control of your inflated pricing, you will be the next on the chopping block. Furthermore, the fact that you have 2 TSC stores in Lancaster, population 40,000+/-, means that you are cannibalizing your own stores, monopolizing the area, in an attempt to keep the likes of Rural King out. This doesn't mean you're a "bad" store. To the contrary, TSC is a great store. You need to consider adjusting your profit margin expectations and pass the savings on to the customers. The increase in traffic would offset your adjusted net profit expectations, thus appeasing your shareholders.”
“I placed an order online for my dog Levi. When I went to pick up my order Cassandra informed me that the order went to Cincinnati instead of Lancaster. She said their system has done that with customers previously. Cassandra called the store in Cincinnati to cancel my order & took care of me at my PetSmart in Lancaster. Cassandra was super nice & helpful! All places need wonderful employees like Cassandra!”

“The young lady in the dog grooming area is absolutely amazing. She is so friendly and very good with the dogs. The price to clip nails was more than half less than everyone else. The store is very clean and stocked with everything. I will DEFINITELY be a regular customer now!!”
