“Tractor Supply in Lancaster was a quick and easy stop. I placed an online order for pickup and everything went smoothly, plus the price was great. TSC is our go to for animal supplies, so it was funny to end up finding a Christmas decoration we wanted after the holidays.
The location itself is a bit odd, tucked off the main strip, and the shopping center feels dated and lacking energy. Still, the staff was helpful and the pickup process made it worth the stop.”

She said their system has done that with customers previously. Cassandra called the store in Cincinnati to cancel my order & took care of me at my PetSmart in Lancaster. “Outstanding job of washing and trimming my six month old Belgian Malinois claws, they took him in the grooming area and normally groomer ask for assistance handling him, as they are a little intimidated by a Malagator, however, Mandy met him engaged with him and they were buddies. Without incidents. I received a call a short time later that my mali was ready for pickup. Mandy was great an f my Mali now walks with a little more swagger. Thanks for the good experience.”
