The young lady in the dog grooming area is absolutely amazing. She is so friendly and very good with the dogs. The price to clip nails was more than half less than everyone else. The store is very clean and stocked with everything. I will DEFINITELY be a regular customer now!!

My dogs have been eating the same food since we got them (other than switching from puppy to adult). I extensively researched and after ingredients, price and availability; I opted for Diamond Natural. I don't understand why Lancaster cannot keep this stocked. Whoever does the ordering...shouldn't. I never had any issues with Grove City. We can't just switch a dogs food without them getting upset bellies. The importance of keeping food stocked is paramount. And I don't wait for them to run out to get the next bag.. you guys are going extended periods without having it.

It is wonderful to see what I need, put it in my card and pay for it and then go to the store and they bring what I ordered out to my car (which is great especially for those heavy dog food bags!

Phoenix is incredible. She cuts my two GSD’s nails, who both hate it, and she makes it a breeze. They love her, and always give lots of kisses after, even if they hate getting trimmed!

I was looking for an item that I wasn't able to find anywhere. They had it. The staff there went above and beyond what I ever expected, opening the item up so I would get the right size. Definitely have a new favorite place to shop.
