5 people waiting in line at the register. One person checking the line out but the Manager and another employee get behind the register and do NOT attempt to help.
Clearly customer service is NOT a priority.

Incredibly disappointed with my experience today. The cashier who’s a young woman with black hair was acting INCREDIBLY weird today. Pupils were tiny little dots. Definitely hopped up on something talking and acting extremely strange. Not only that uncomfortable situation, but you won’t get what you ask for if the old woman is working the fish area. I asked for completely different fish than what I received. I more than likely will not be back. Terrible service with these two working. Do better pet smart.

Took our 2 dogs on for basic bathing, trimming and brush out. They trimmed toe nails as well. I was very happy with the service and would do again.

Wonderful place filled with all kinds of items and needs for almost any pet. Good place is very clean staff is very helpful, polite and friendly. Awesome selection of good quality fish and aquatic animals.

I live in St Augustine Florida but came here to visit family. The PetSmart in St Aug is one of the best pet stores I've visited anywhere, however, the Lancaster OH store is lacking in many things but mostly customer service. I had checked availability of the items I wanted and the website said in store. I don't know if they were or not. No sales help in the aquarium dept or anywhere else that I observed. After some time I gave up and bought 1 item I actually found. Lots of empty shelf slots. The items can't sell from the back stock area and having only a cashier and a manager behind a closed door is not customer service. Never again will I return

Cashier:796547 had a very nasty attitude when I was checking out an item at the register. I’ll think twice before going back to the store.

Decent store, usually clean. The staff are friendly. The prices can be a bit high and it's a shame they close at 8. I often have to order from chewy because I don't get off work in time.

Friendly staff, wide variety of items. Was able to purchase some plants for my aquarium, accuclear, a snail, and a betta. Betta was in decent health and is thriving in his new home.

I always come to petsmart in Lancaster for grooming services. Emma is hands down amazing!!!!!!! The staff all together is always great!
