Got charged a 300.00 dollar diagnostic fee ,was charged 400.00 dollars plus to install a 40 dollar part that sits on the top of the motor on the passenger side, then told me it needed a fuel pump and was told it would cost 1,200 dollars more. NOT

I am a contractor working state to state. It can be hard to find a good mechanic (worth their weight in gold). This is this place to take your vehicle. Not only is the staff kind, and quick to answer questions. The technician took the time to walk me through what was happening with my vehicle. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

My SUV had been making horrible noises for about a week. I had been having it serviced where I purchased it new in 2017. But admittedly had not been treated very customer friendly. I walked into Pipers and was greeted by Shawn and felt like I had met a new, old friend. Every person I met while dropping my car off greeted me, talked to me and were more than friendly. Today I received 2 calls updating me on the status of my vehicle and when I picked my vehicle up it was the same way. My brakes both back and front were shot , it didn’t take them a week to order parts , and get it fixed. My car is quiet and Pipers has a customer for life.

Great service. I was received promptly at my scheduled appointment time. The diagnosis was prompt, the service was completed quickly, and the price was more than fair. Not much more I could ask for. I will be back!

My daughter's car was making noise and Autozone said it was an alternator and the sales person was a mechanic who offered to fix it. Instead we called, Pipers and they got her in quickly and guess what, it was not the alternator, it was the water pump. Thanks for always taking such good care of our vehicles! I’ve called all around town and the guy that answered the phone here was the nicest BY FAR. That right there caught my attention. I haven’t had a bad experience here. Glad I started coming here and quit going to Junes!!!!

They were Absolutely the best service center I have ever went to! AAA service had my vehicle towed there, and 18 hours later I was back on the road again.

Had them plug a tire towards the end of the day. They was quick. Had the tire plugged an the tech looked over the rim an tire before he put the rim an tire back on the car. They are my go to for little stuff like that. Big dealerships want to push you out a day or 2. Thanks agin.
