Only one branch open in downtown Lancaster with horrible parking situation and NOconvenient and safe ATMs. Why they closed the Memorial branch is beyond me.If I hadn't been a customer for over 30 years and have all my accounts there I would'vechanged banks long ago.

This bank had the audacity to tow away my mom’s car, which was parked in a handicapped spot (and displaying a handicap placard in the windshield) because she parked there to eat at Ale House. My mother is a cancer patient. What if her life saving medication had have been in the car? Shame on you, PNC. You don’t tow a handicap person’s vehicle. On top of all of that they won’t even answer their phones. Cowards. Someone here must feel like a real big person with the world’s most important job. Get a life.

This bank is awful. Would give zero stars if I could… they treat people really bad here. I would store my money in a coffee can before I ever have this bank my business. After reading the reviews on how they treat individuals who have medical issues, I definitely won’t be in. I hope whoever towed this ladies car gets paid back in ten folds when they’re elderly someday. I hope they make a slight mistake that costs them hundreds of dollars and no one shows any compassion or grace towards them. Karma will get you eventually. You may think you’re high and mighty but eventually you’ll make a mistake and I hope no one cares… I mean no one.

My mom is a cancer patient at Fairfield. She accidentally parked in a PNC handy cap spot getting lunch downtown Lancaster before her appointment and they towed her car. She was gone a total of 25-30 minutes with the handicap sign left on the windshield. THE MANAGER COULD CARE LESS! It was 200 dollars cash to get it back and the hassle of retrieving the car all before a chemo treatment. THE MANAGER AT THIS PNC BRANCH ON MAIN STREET LANCASTER THAT TOWED HER CAR IS A MISERABLE PERSON. It was an honest accident and they DID NOT CARE. PATHETIC! THE TELLARS ARE ALSO VERY RUDE AND AGRESSIVE to ANYONE WHO WALKS IN WITH QUESTIONS. They expect everyone to learn smart phone access. AVOID THIS BANK.

Always only one person at the desk. The last 4 times I have been there I have had to wait over 30 minutes just to deposit a check. So frustrating.

Totally messed up POD and POA for my parents when my Dad went into a nursing home. When he passed we were unable to access his funds. They are sitting in his account to this day. We had a local Certified Elder Attorney forms and thought we had it covered. Do not go here for anything complicated like this.

Idiots run this bank. Nothing but problems and run arounds. From setting up a new debit card to getting it activated. This branch is incompetent when it comes to handle your banking needs. They always make you sign in on your phone then yell to somebody that somebody is waiting. If you guys don’t know how to use the technology, stop using it! It’s clearly to difficult for you.

It doesn't matter if you call pnc every single day all day long, no one will answer your phone call. Employees don't seem to care about proper customer service etiquette on the phone or in person. I have to call other city's pnc to speak to someone and have questions answered. Save yourself the time and go to any other pnc in ohio if you need assistance

I spent nearly a year, trying to get them to merge my business account with my other accounts online. They kept kicking it up the food chain and nobody could get the job done. We had no access to our business account online, and they refused a request to send us a paper statement. When the entire situation got escalated to Pittsburgh, I kept having the same person. Emailing me repeatedly telling me that the situation have been taken care of when it actually had not. Finally went in the other day and just closed the accounts. I have been banking with them for 14 years

The employees don't seem to know the policies well. They also berate you with high interest loan offers, when they have much better choices. I had a banker giving me unsolicited advice on my personal life when I tried to ask questions about a policy they use. In process of switching institutions. They do have great online banking though!

Use to be a good place to bank but not anymore. They have closed most of the locations that were convenient, very seldom answer phones and when you do get sombody they are rude, hidden maintenance fees you don't know about until they are charged and they won't remove them. Much better banks in lancaster than PNC i would check out before considering PNC.

Horrible! Have called several times. They never answer the phone. We have to get in the car and drive 12 miles to ask a question. Just stupid!

I have been with this bank since 1985 when it was Banc Ohio and then National City and now PNC. I have no complaints other than there is no "safe ATM" in town. Yes, there are two that I know of. Both outdoors and both risky for an Older Person or Female to being doing business at any time of day. I wish they would put one indoors somewhere in a safer place. I don't like withdrawing cash at the two ATM's so I do sometimes make withdraws at the cash register at the stores I shop at. Most charge a fee for that and limit your amounts.
