“USPS offices with high ratings seem to be an absolute rarity these days, and this one is truly the exception to the growing rule. I've been so used to extremely rude PO workers ...the rare times I've ever had to go to one I get anxiety over anticipating that someone will disparage me over how I did something wrong, or just because I'm there. The service here was so friendly and easy that should I need service in the future, I'll stop at this one, even though I live 40 minutes away, lol!”
“The lady who works here makes this the best Post Office in the known Universe! She is amazing. Will go out of her way to help you every single time. Is super nice and knowledgeable. The best.”
“I have a P.O.Box here and I never have an issue. Even ordering items online. If packages don't fit, they put them in large item lock boxes and leave the keys in my P.O. box. The postal workers never have given less than friendly professional service.”
“The guy inside all the time is the greatest. He's sincere and cares about his customers has a wonderful customer service attitude. I was glad to be able to talk to someone that wasn't rude and obnoxious. Thank you for being such a great person. Now for the carrier of Pleasantville can't say much for him besides he's rude and need customer service skills.”
“It boggles my mind why I get the neighbors full mail delivery at times. Minimal staff or not, you're getting paid to do a job that affects many people. Maybe that's why it took over 3 weeks for a piece of mail to finally get to Columbus for what became a late payment. Pay attention to detail please.”
“Some of the comments had me scared about Jamie, but I went there with no knowledge about sending a letter and left in 2 minuets having payed $1.19. Jamie was super helpful and took the time to run a price check for me.”
