Honestly, this place is horrible for the community. Their alarms blare at all hours of the day and night, almost non-stop! They have a faulty alarm system and I have called repeatedly to tell them. They just don't care.

Some people work different hours and it's nice that there's 24 hour access. The building is kept clean and the staff is friendly.

WOW! Having some renovation work done and needed a place to stash things to clear the work area. Online ordering and scheduling was quick and easy. The U-Boxes were delivered by a super-friendly, super-efficient mother-daughter team who put them exactly where requested, explained how to open and lock. U-Haul apparently has a training initiative that helps women get their A license to drive the larger delivery trucks and it was so cool to see two women drive up and get the job done! So impressed and happy with pricing, delivery and service. Highly recommended!

Use anywhere but here. We have used their storage unit for almost 2 years. Horrible price increases every couple of months, payments never process correctly, staff is awful, manager was awful. We legit didn't even have access to our unit for months (they needed our key, and claimed it was for an upgrade to the door). Called in several months later because we really needed some things out of our unit, the manager had no clue if it was even done, didnt bother to update us, didnt bother to apologize.. but hey they sure sent us a bill on time. Then they gave us the wrong key back (husband waited forever for an employee to get ahold of a manager for that key), went to open the unit a few days later, wrong key, they lost our key, and we had to wait until the following day for our lock to get cut off, and was waiting hours for someone to cut the lock the next day. We moved to a different storage place (one in bremen, same size, under $100). So several days requested off of work down the drain, multiple pointless trips and wasted gas.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

We had the worst experience with getting a truck this weekend. First I got a call a few days before that my pick up location change and mobile pick up. We get there and the worker said he does nothing with uhaul that I have to figure it all out myself. The truck was covered in snow and had to sit there for 30 minutes to get it cleaned off. Then get to our storage unit and the movers open up the back of the truck and someone had been living in there. Blankets, cigarettes, candles, food, needles and who knows what else was in there. It was so gross. Call Uhaul and got transferred to 6 different people one being a manager Evie who hung up on me after telling her what was going on. No one cared that we had movers and this truck looked like this. They then wanted me to drive the truck back to the location and drop it off and drive to another location to get a new truck. Mind you no idea if there were drugs and who knows what in the dirty truck. They said roadside could bring another truck but it would take 3-5 hours. We were paying movers by the hour and didn’t even get a new truck for 2 hours they were suppose to start moving which then cause us having to pay $200 more dollars for their time. This is such a disappointment we have used uhaul all the time and recommend them a lot but I will never use them again. This company has went downhill. Worst experience ever.

Drove all the way from Kentucky to get this storage unit and there was A homeless person living in it. The manager told the assistant manager to trash everything that was in that building and still rented to us even though it had pee in the floor and on the wall do not go to this location.

I shouldn't even give them a star! The service sucked! The kid just set there at the cash register and made me feel like I was the stupid one! I bought $130.00 of boxes so that's a lot of boxes! I'm a older lady so a little help would of been appreciated I had to call my husband to come load them into the truck

Was looking on website for weekly or even monthly rates and only seen a price for a one way trip for those that are moving like on long trips is how I understood it. Hard too get someone on the phone too ask questions aswell.

Gave me vehicle with a broken ramp that would go out but not back in. Then they told the technician sent out to fix that it was my problem, and they were unwilling to help or rectify their error.Had several people hang up on me and the technician sent to fix. They are the worst and nobody should use them. Im stuck with a truck with safety issues and they dont care!

This is the most unreliable place I have EVER used 4 storage being as how I can only get into the unit 15/30 days so I'm calling their main office in the A.M. and demanding that they return a portion of my money back cause I do not feel it's fair to pay for 30 days rental when I'm only able to access the unit that's FALSELY ADVERTISED AS24/7. I'm starting to believe that their24/7 is for the 7 days u can actually get in the unit and the 24 is the days you'll be locked out. I DO NOT recommend this place 2 Ne1.

It is a great place but the whole 24/7 storage is pointless. I only say this because I work night shift and the only extra time I have to bring my stuff to my unit is after hours and 1 out of 10 times im lucky to be able to enter my unit without it saying to call on site manager and doesn't let me in. Its honestly very annoying
