I used River Valley a few months ago and they were very professional and personable. The repairs actually cost less than the estimate, which was a pleasant surprise compared to experiences in the past with other body shops. Unfortunately, my daughter is in the process of using them, but again, they have been so easy to work with. I am sure this experience will be just as good as the last based on our experience so far. I definitely recommend this business if you are looking for honest people and great work.

Mark and his team at River Valley Collision just repaired my daughter’s Blazer. They made it look new again. I didn’t claim it on our insurance since it was just under $2,000.00, they’re very fair on their pricing and I didn’t want our rates to go up for a small claim. Great place to work with. I’m a small business owner in town and love keeping it local. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

My husband got into an accident with a deer a few months ago. The team at River Valley Collision worked to get his car in as soon as possible. It was only in the shop about a week to a week in a half. They cleaned it nicely for us and made sure everything was correct before we picked up. It was so hassle free and they were so quick and friendly. We highly recommend them!

Had to get a whole new bumper replaced only took two days looks completely brand new they even cleaned everything inside and out so happy with my decision to work with them. They did an amazing job! Definitely going to recommend to anyone that needs help!

My entire experience was phenomenal! From beginning to end and inbetween. Doug and every one I had contact with were super friendly and welcoming, top notch customer service! I hit a deer in my Tacoma on the highway and while it took 3 months before they could get to fixing it, service was nothing less than excellent! Communication throughout the service, quality of repairs, and overall service made the headache of a beat up truck non existent. I would gladly wait 3 months again for them any day!
