I will never understand not only that a business does not have a public restroom for their customers, but especially I will never understand when a supposed Christ-centered organization has a business, and has a customer come up to them nearly in tears that she's getting sick and needs to use the restroom and is told by Andie, while holding up a trash can, "if you need to throw up, we have a trashcan, but we don't have public restrooms" in front of about 7 other customers! I have never in my life been treated so poorly and made to feel so embarrassed.
I just got into town after getting up at 2:30 AM for a 6 AM flight, arriving in Lancaster to drop my mother off at a doctor appointment. It was a very, very rough morning and you, Saint Vincent de Paul society should be ashamed of yourselves. It was an absolutely disgusting and despicable experience and I will be posting a review everywhere I can about this. This was not CHRIST-like at all when someone comes to you for help.

First time in this thrift store. The manager and clerk at the register was so nice. I found clothing and a purse for $1 or $2. They have a variety of items and a fitting room. Will definitely shop there again!

Clean and well organized but, the prices are getting higher and higher. Too expensive for items donated to them.

I stopped by while out on my electric scooter today with the intent to shop. The establishment has no bike-rack so I was unable to lock up my scooter to anything other than their business sign which wasn’t difficult but not entirely ideal. As I walked in, an employee was also arriving and witnessed me lock my scooter to the sign. The employee held the door and complimented me on my bag which was nice. However, as I walked in I was advised by the same employee that in order to peruse the store I’d need to leave my bag (a 12x12 inch over the shoulder canvas tote) with the cashier(s) - people I do not know, therefore, do not trust with my belongings. I decided to leave as I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my possessions with someone I didn’t know and didn’t have a car to lock my items in, a fact the employee was aware of. Now, I can’t comment on the experience of shopping in the store since it did not happen, but I can comment on how difficult stores make it shop in person these days. This is why physical locations are dying - it’s no longer convenient or pleasant to shop in person. I’ll have to add this store to my list of locations to avoid while I’m out my scooter, which is always as I don’t drive.

They have great sales! Colored tags that are 25, 50 or 75% off. They also have clearance karts and a little bit of everything! The staff is great. They even have a point rewards program as well so you can earn in store cash back.I made this pillow out of the clearance clothing kart. My Daughter loves it. It only costs me 1.00$ for the 2 shirts and I had to buy poly fill at hobby lobby so I have a total of $3 in the pillow and enough poly fill that I made 3 more pillows with it.

Worst thrift store in Lancaster. Way over priced. Save yourself and don’t shop here. They wanted 34.99 for a cd set. This store is CRAZY.

I love this place but prices seem to increase on furniture and the shoes are outrageous. Toys marked high. Prices need to reflect actual thrift store. A couple of the employees need to work on customer service and being polite. Although several other employees are gems and very sweet and kind. It is a nice place and the improvements have made it even better.

Stuck up, they block the alley behind store like it's a private driveway. They once told my girlfriends mother "we don't want your left over yard sale stuff"

They take a lot of care and consideration when choosing quality items for the store, it's always orderly and clean, the employees are friendly and helpful; also, the proceeds go back into helping people in our community!!

I have been donating off and on for many years. I had 8 bags of nice washed clothes. The hours on the web site regarding donations and the hours on the gate DO NOT MATCH!! Highly upset at the moment.
