I love this place but prices seem to increase on furniture and the shoes are outrageous. Toys marked high. Prices need to reflect actual thrift store. A couple of the employees need to work on customer service and being polite. Although several other employees are gems and very sweet and kind. It is a nice place and the improvements have made it even better.

For a second hand store, it's one of our better ones

Stuck up, they block the alley behind store like it's a private driveway. They once told my girlfriends mother "we don't want your left over yard sale stuff"

They take a lot of care and consideration when choosing quality items for the store, it's always orderly and clean, the employees are friendly and helpful; also, the proceeds go back into helping people in our community!!

I have been donating off and on for many years. I had 8 bags of nice washed clothes. The hours on the web site regarding donations and the hours on the gate DO NOT MATCH!! Highly upset at the moment.

The employees are very rude. It says Online they close at 3:30 on Saturdays and that's a lie...they close at 3:15 because "the employees don't get paid to count their drawers." I told my mom she should just put everything back because the employees act like they are going to die if they don't get out of there by 3:30 on the dot.

I could not have located with the GPS on my phone. Tony and I were in Lancaster, Ohio Urban hiking around and decided to check out Thrift Store. It was Medium size but very dark in areas so I became uncomfortable quickly. I like bright lighted areas especially if I am out of town. I purchased a few different tops and we were on our way

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/GREETING I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTEREDZ!!! I Have never had any bad experience at any type of store until today. As soon as I walked into the store the lady at he counter stopped in the middle of checking out someone else's merchandise and said big bags are not allowed in the store. And asked "excuse me" because honestly I didn't hear her and she repeated what she said. So then I said "this is my purse", she said "well we don't allqaow big bags in here, I can set it behind the cash register " and I said that my money was in there and before I could finish she said "well you could put it in your car and just carry my wallet in. I told the lady thank you and I went to my car and drove off.

Pricing here a huge disappointment. They should take a lesson from the Columbus store. The cashier treated us as if she was doing us a favor in selling us the merchandise. Another place off our list.

This was my favorite store before they remodeled and changed way of business. It lost its charm. It is very clean and orderly but the changes feels like shopping at any other store. It's not that cute little place you had to stop by just to look for a little treasure or bargain of the day.. Sorry.

Used to be a nice place but now they are strangly forcing everyone to wear a mask. Even people with health issues and they do not provide any alternatives for their services or goods at this location. I felt bullied and "shamed" because i was not wearing a mask. This comes from top management, not from the nice employees. But nonetheless it wasnt acceptable.Edit: They since then have been understanding, so no more 1 star.

Honestly this was my favorite thrift store to find cheap antiques, as that is what thrift stores are known for. After they opened yesterday it seems they not only re-modled, but upped their prices. They are no longer selling sets of things together if they think they can make more $ selling what are obvious set pieces, separately.I come in and see a Jar set that suspiciously looked like depression glass, but with an almost new top indicating it could be a remake.I asked why they upped the price on these, and no longer sell in a set like other sets on the shelf atm. They said it was depression glass, so I gave them a shot at this as a long time customer who collects, and asked if they had a UV light, which is the for sure way to know if it was green DG.They said they had one in the warehouse. which was closed.I asked if they checked these before upping the price on it and they said they didnt know.I told them, these looked suspiciously new, but if they have a blacklight and feel comfortable pricing it up it due to it being DP, should be DP. Youd figured theyd check, right?Well, told them if it doesnt glow.... I wont be back. ?♀️Came home, and they didnt glow.Got charged extra for foolishness. They are charging like they are the Antique mall down the street now, for non antique items.Anyway, wont be back. All you other frequent antiqe collectors have been warned :/ just go to the shoe factory or logan. I've seen cheaper prices for real stuff there atleast
