TCR Computers provides computer sales and repair services. The business is noted for good prices and reasonable cost. Staff are described as wonderful, patient, and very knowledgeable, especially regarding custom-built gaming PCs and required components. They are very easy to work with and keep customers informed. Repairs are done perfectly and quickly, often within two to three days, with computers working better than they have in years. The company is under new ownership and is on the ball. However, one customer reported significant difficulties with communication, including unreturned calls, a non-working voicemail, and a temporarily non-existent email address, which delayed resolution for a hard drive transfer service, though this was eventually resolved.

Recently purchased a gaming PC for my son at TCR Computers in Lancaster. They were very knowledgeable about the individual components required for a gaming PC. They were very easy to work with and kept me informed on when the components arrived. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a custom built computer.
