“Showed up for a tire replacement after a tire blew out. We were on a 16~ hour road trip from VA to WI with a pitstop in OH to see family. They open at 8am and got us started at 7:55am when we walked in. The employees are very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable.
They got us a comparable tire even though they didn't have a exact replacement.
Price was very fair and the service was fast!”

“Had a flat tire, and one with a slow leak. I was told 1 tire needed replaced, so I told them if they thought it was necessary to replace both tires. Went to pick it up, they had only replaced 1. They said there wasn't enough difference in the tread to need to replace both. That is what I call honesty.”

“I unfortunately had a screw in my tire and this service center was the only one in Lancaster who 1) answered their phones 2) could get me in for a quick fix versus leaving my car there the whole entire day. We called at 7:45am, and I had an appointment at 8:30am to get it fixed. My vehicle was finished at 9:00am, and I was able to continue my day. Also the staff were super friendly!!”

“Earlier this week my 2008 Kia Sorrento started acting slow to drive. Being a senior and on SS I panicked & pulled into the closet Auto Repair business thinking it was my transmission. It happened to be a Firestone in Lancaster. Never been here and never been to a Firestone. They quickly and politely assessed the problem. Transmission was fine but a problem with a front brake caliper and hose. I was happy I wasn't scammed into thinking the worst. They were quick and reliable and very honest with fixing the problem.
