“They did a good job at cleaning my wife's 9 yr old car. My only complaint is that they were heavy handed with the plastic coatings. The floor mat on the drivers side had so much that there was literally no traction to the point I struggled to get out of the car. so I had to take it out and put some degreaser on it and scrub some off. Other than that they did a pretty good job. There was one spot directly in front of the driver that had some dirt but I got it quickly with a paper towel. They did a good job on the headlight restoration and the free engine cleaning, again there are some spots that had the plastic coating noticably slimy. Over all I'll probably go back to them but definitely get a better look of my car outside where there is better lighting before I drive off.”

“First off I want to say my wife and I was about to give up on dealerships. We decided to try one more place and we are sure glad we did! Tammy Fox with Buckeye Honda made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, did not make us feel pressured and consistently asked us about our needs/wants. Tammy and her trainee Drew, was more than patient and helpful with us even when we were undecided. They were absolutely amazing letting us take our time and checking out multiple options! Once we decided on the perfect vehicle for us they were super excited for us and helped get the right price and payments we wanted! We made our way to financing with Kiela Harden and she was such a joy! Our whole experience was above and beyond our expectations! We definitely recommend anyone to shop at Buckeye Honda of Lancaster for the best experience you could have car shopping! We will never vehicle shop anywhere else guaranteed!”

Very polite, friendly, got my car in when they said and was quick to resolve my issue, had me back on the road the same day they looked at it!! I was happy with the price as well. Will definitely use them for any future issues!Services: Check engine light diagnostic”

“They did brakes and break rotors on my jaguar. Everything was good. And what's smooth, accept for the fact that when I got my car back, one of the center caps was missing on the passenger rear tire.! I wouldn't mind if the center caps didn't cost so much.... but the price was good, and they did to work quickly.”

“Showed up for a tire replacement after a tire blew out. We were on a 16~ hour road trip from VA to WI with a pitstop in OH to see family. They open at 8am and got us started at 7:55am when we walked in. The employees are very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. They got us a comparable tire even though they didn't have a exact replacement. Price was very fair and the service was fast!”

“Ryan and Neil were superb . Walked in and got a service appointment book right away with less than a weeks wait . The service tech went above and beyond and even did a recall and filled my low tire . The service expensive blew my mind and was much less than I thought ,as I found out in the paperwork some of it was a simple fix . No hidden fees , the lobby has good movies on with free available water and snacks . This is my first service visit at a dealership and I'm absolutely pleased . Will be returning for my maintenance needs in the future at bob boyd CDJR . If you're looking for a welcoming sales rep ask for Sydney sain! All in all 6/5 service.”

“Had a flat tire, and one with a slow leak. I was told 1 tire needed replaced, so I told them if they thought it was necessary to replace both tires. Went to pick it up, they had only replaced 1. They said there wasn't enough difference in the tread to need to replace both. That is what I call honesty.”

“First off topnotch customer service! I had lost my drainage hose for our RV in our travels from Florida. I called several RV places and no one help, except Performance RV. Though the hose wasn't in stock they were willing to help us if able. That means a lot to us. Most companies will not go above and beyond but they were willing. I appreciate them. Even though the hose wasn't in stock. Thanks again.”

“This is the 2nd Toyota we have purchased from Buckeye Toyota. We especially enjoyed working with salesperson Brave Davis. He really goes about & beyond. This is our 7th Toyota & 4 we bought from 1 particular Toyota dealership on the eastside of Columbus, OH. However, the last time there we were not happy with the service & they just were NOT interested in working with us. So we left & we haven't been back. Brave new who I was when I called 1 year after we bought the last Toyota from him.”

“I cannot thank Jesse from Esteps towing enough tonight. His kindness and generosity got me back on the road shortly after he arrived. In a world where everybody is already struggling and times are tough, I was doordashing to make ends meet and had an unfortunate mishap with my car that left my son and I stranded. After thinking of all the scenarios and cost of the situation, Jesse confidently and swiftly arrived from a couple towns over and got right to work. He was kind, humble and understanding. Thank you so very much Jesse. You only deserve great things in the future and we cannot thank you enough. Please pay it forward to this man. He is the example that we all should strive to live by. Thank you again.”

“Took my 2018 Hyundai Tucson with 70k miles in for transmission issues. Called me back 20 minutes later and said that my car should be under warranty with Hyundai and to take the car to the dealership. Didnt charge me a dime, and basically saved me a couple thousand dollars. Took car to Hyundai dealership who offered to replace the transmission for $3513.99, ABC Drive quoted $9000+ off the top of his head.”

“Amazing mechanics to work with! Makes you feel like family. I personally have communication barriers due to my neurodivergence and he always follows up to make sure I understand if a problem has occurred regarding a misunderstanding and makes sure to fix the error. Repairs are great. No unnecessary charges. Works with you to only do what is needed to get you driving again until you can come back to fix the rest. So grateful for this family of mechanics for all the work they do. If not for them I'd have to have scrapped my truck by now. God Bless.”
