Excellent doesn't begin to describe the experience I had. I would rent from this facility again in a heartbeat. I only moved out because it was so far from me and i found a location closer. The facility is well maintained and the staff is top notch. The manager went far above an beyond several times for me when i needed, and i really appreciate all the assistance I received.

Truck is low on coolant, gasoline, and has a cracked windshield. None of which is on my form. Plus their website omits details like if paying cash it costs another 100 dollars. Then I was guaranteed 219 at check out now its 227. Finally the lazy girl at the counter thinks she doesn't need to explain or have manners. This has gone down hill over the past 20 years I have used them. This is the last time for me to ever rent from uhaul. I know too many other places that rent better,safer trucks and their personnel have manners and courtesy. They need to loose this lazy employee and the hidden fee bull.

Ensure that you check your receipts after dropping off within business hours, and take pictures of your truck parking location and/or mileage. As well as the rude, dismissive, bothered behavior of the GM and employees working on a non busy day—as soon as I walked up from the first moment I was treated as a bother, they charged me for a 2nd day when I picked up the truck at 9:50am and dropped at 6:29pm same-day (a bit over $80 additional). This included charging me double the pads I rented because they couldn’t be bothered to return the truck until next day. The employee there also switched off the OPEN sign around 6:30 (they close at 7 on weekdays)—just as she looked at me pulling up from beside the building I might add. Fantastic work lol.Just remember to verify with pictures when you return your trucks here because when I called customer service the first thing they asked me for was for photo evidence.Oh, and the truck had a hole in the upper right corner of the 26’ truck’s mom’s attic, 3-5 inches. Thank God it wasn’t rainy because only a few inches leak can soak an entire truck’s worth of stuff on a long drive.

Very delightful experience. The employees were incredibly helpful and friendly from the time I walked into the door till after I returned the trailer. The call center personnel were excellent in helping me make last minute changes to my reservation.

They are here if you need them just be sure you have everything and righting. And do NOT drop any equipment off when they are closed because they WILL try and say that you never dropped anything off.

Need to get motivated and knowledgeable employees. They Don't know how to fill propane, rental is like pulling teeth and equipment needs replaced or serviced. Taped taillight . Lol

went there at 6pm to get propane. all kinds of signs saying propane 7 days a week. even a sign saying fill fast and pay. went in. no one there could fill propane. waste of time

I reserved a storage unit online, come in that week to get it and they don't have it. And the lady Tyler D just acted like it was my problem, she said I should have called in and I shouldn't have reserved it online! What's the point of having a website if it doesn't work right? Totally disorganized and rude staff. It's 2022, get your website in order. SMH
