I have been going here for about two Years. I am a natural brunette, and I have been trying to grow out My hair was debating on whether or not I should even put dye in it, But wanted to change for summer. I Text my normal hairdresser she was not available for the days I was able to come in so she referred me to Samantha! Got a hold of her and set an appointment to get my haircut and died. When we got there, she was already having scheduling problems with another client. Even told him to come back at 4:30 but she wasn’t even done with me at that time. Wanted to know a little bit about her before we got started she told me that she had six years of hair experience. Showed her my reference photos and she told me that she don’t know if she could get me that blonde but I was fine with that as long as I was blonde! She does not do a test strand on my hair. She gets right to dying it. The dye was in my hair for a while. My hair was definitely over Processed! Didn’t see my hair until it was completely done and it was nothing that I asked for plus was orange and yellow! Not even blonde! All I could do was cry and I have never cried over my hair before in my life. I’ve had some pretty bad haircuts! She didn’t talk during the whole session when she supposed to be walking me through what she’s doing and what’s going on! Also didn’t tell me how to take care of my hair afterwards so I had to look it up on Google! As soon as i got in the car after my appointment was obviously playing with my hair And Toner was flaking off of my scalp. Once I was able to wash it, which was three days later, my hair felt stringy. She fried the crap out of my hair. Spent $200 and 4 1/2 hours would have just straight up told her to fix it but it was already going on 6 o’clock and I had to work at 5:30 in the morning was not about to spend four more hours there for her to fix it. Was going to try purple and blue shampoo to see if that would fix it and it hasn’t so I messaged her to let her know that I was not happy with my experience and all that she could say is “As I said, it's unfortunate that you did not have a good experience but I do stand by what I said, I told you we would most likely not get it as blonde as you wanted and I told you multiple times throughout the service that it was lifting warm. I do, however, know when you left you said you were satisfied with the service, and the integrity of your hair was not poor for having lightening service over a previous color and perm service.” I never left, saying I was satisfied when she turned me into the mirror. I had the straightest look on my face with tears running down my face said “it’s fine” Because who would wanna spend the whole day at a salon just to get highlights? Been to three other salons since they all have told me that I definitely could’ve got as blonde as I wanted. Also couldn’t see how the stylist messed up so bad! I think the exact same definitely should not be a hairstylist. if she would’ve told me that I would be Orange and yellow instead of “not as blonde as I wanted” I wouldn’t have done it at all. My hair is completely fried has always been healthy! She was also acting like my hair had color it when I came in when I didn’t. The only thing that wasn’t virgin about my hair when I walked in there was the perm I got a year ago! Something needs to be done!! I literally have to chop all of my hair off and start all over! I just don’t understand why she didn’t get a test strand!

Honestly, this review is way overdue, but Amy has been my hairstylist for years and I cannot say enough good things about her. I recommend her to all my friends and family. I have followed her to three different salons now, she is always so flexible with my limited availability and always gets me in! She truly just knocks it out of the park every time. Amy your expertise and passion for your craft are evident in your flawless outcomes, and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair looks and feels. My hair stylist, Amy, is wonderful. She has done my hair for many years. Everyone here is always so nice and friendly. Amy has always been so accommodating and easy to work with. She knows my hair and always makes it look nice. I've gotten a lot of compliments on what a great job she does with my highlights.

The salon is always clean and has a relaxing feel as soon as you walk in. The staff have always been very friendly, funny and kind. I was on the hunt for a good fit for me and my hair as my stylist quit. (this is always a nerve racking process) I am so very thankful for my girl Amy!! She always makes me feel like a friend and that I am important and not just a number in the chair. I trust her whole heartedly and she is honest when I ask what should I do or what do you think about doing this or that. Amy always does an amazing job and I am so very grateful for her. I get so many compliments on my hair and I love every one of them and I have her to thank.

I have had Amy for quite a few years, I lost touch when she left the original Salon I met her at, I finally found her again a couple years back, she is one of the kindest people I know, she has cut my husbands hair she has done my daughters hair, and she did my granddaughters hair. I love how she does my hair, I have not ever left not loving what she has done. If you are looking for a great hairdresser who does an awesome job with color, hairstyles, and eye waxing she is your girl. Thank you Amy you are appreciated.

I've been going to this salon for almost 4 years and everyone is always so friendly and kind. I've had Amy as my stylist for over 12 years and would recommend her to anyone who is looking to try someone new. She has great ideas when you're unsure of what you want. She has made time for me when I've desperately needed an appointment and even put up with me being obnoxiously late once due to traffic and living in Columbus. I wont let anyone else touch my hair. She does wonderful crazy colorful looks and beautiful natural looks.

I LOVE THIS SALON SO MUCH! Every single lady that works here does fantastic work and I always have the best time getting my hair done. The best, of course, is Mackenzie Lenhart that does all of my crazy colors and gets me the exact blonde I want! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
