That big girl Kayla had a funky smell to her, she was nice but DANG. If you go to her window, make sure her fan is pointed in the opposite direction of you.

They were supposed to deliver a package to my house on august 23rd.
I was notified it was out for delivery, then this morning when I checked ny mail box it wasnt there. So I checked again. The app i ordered it from never notified me like it did for delivery but now I have to pick it up from them.
I work 7am-7pm monday through Friday. I literally have to wait another full week to pick this up because the post office didnt want to do their job.

This is absolutely by far the worst place to deal with, most rude employees there are that obviously hate their life and their job. Been in there multiple times and dealt with the younger dude with glasses on that looks like a fruit cake and nothing but just rude. You ask simple questions and they talk to you like you are stupid. I hate everytime that I have to go in there and deal with them. Would highly recommend getting new employees that don’t hate their job/life.

Main location in Lancaster Ohio. Nice employees and fast service. Couldn't get any better. But missing packages that they say was delivered to my mailbox. There's nothing you can do about it, that's unbelievable.

A 2.8 rating, on a government mandated facility?! Wow. This entire office needs investigated.
My husband and I stopped by the post office around 10 AM and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with one of the employees, Doug. We attempted to pay for postage with a larger bill, and he abruptly told us he didn’t have change. My husband jokingly said, “cash is no longer king,” with a smile, trying to keep things light. Doug snapped back, “I just opened this till and don't have change,” in a tone that felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
We’ve both worked in retail for decades, so we completely understand if someone can’t break a large bill. That’s not the issue. It was the way it was said that made us feel talked down to and unwelcome.
Additionally, hygiene is important, especially for someone working with the public. It was hard not to notice that Doug appeared very unkempt, as though he hadn’t bathed in some time.
Sadly, our experience clearly aligns with the consistently low ratings this location has received. It’s a shame, because basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way.

Some of the comments had me scared about Jamie, but I went there with no knowledge about sending a letter and left in 2 minuets having payed $1.19. Jamie was super helpful and took the time to run a price check for me.

I went in to get a password and they sent me the wrong thing. $150 wasted. No sure why they issued the card passport. I had explained I was going to Dominican Republic.

Jamie is one of the rudest people I’ve ever ran into. Unfortunately I have to go into this place just about every day and deal with her rudeness. It’s like she personally hates every customer that walks in. I went in today with about 20 small packages and she got nasty with me because I didn’t have a manifest. She told me “You need to figure this out or I’m sending you to the back of the line next time” absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. One of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to. She makes going into this post office a huge headache.

Front counter employee Jamie is rude! She is verbally abusive to customers and very negative speaking of fellow employees. She acts like she's the postmaster and no one else knows anything. Her attitude is definitely not appropriate for customer service.

It took 1 whole week for my letter that I overnighted to my brother finally reached him. I paid almost $10.00 to have it delivered to him overnight. It should have been delivered Monday, if not then, the following day. Just because you have a substitute driver doesn't mean you have to delay someone's mail
