Stopped at Verizon in Lancaster, Ohio yesterday to see if I was eligible for any promotions or upgrades. It went so well that not only did I leave with a new iPhone 15 but so did my fiancé!! :) We also found out that they offer cheaper bundles for streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube Premium, HBOMax, etc so we signed up for those as well to save some money. I’m essentially paying what I was already paying before for these streaming services plus my phone bill but we left with 2 brand new phones after trading in my iPhone 12 and his iPhone 11. It was a pleasant surprise. Mark Caudill helped us and he was very patient, friendly, and informative. He answered all of our questions and got us overall a great deal. The manager…Joe or John was his name I think?…was also super nice and asked how we were doing as well as. We live in Columbus, Ohio but will be returning to this location in the future due to the great experience. Thank you very much Verizon. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I really appreciate your customer service!!

Danielle is the best!!!! I arrived at the Verizon store at 10am, she was able to help my boyfriend and I merge our phone plans together very quickly and for a great deal!
However, I spent most the day (Until 6:30pm) at the store off and on to no fault to Verizon. Apple has a HUGE issue with their IOS 17 update, this was not just an issue I had. Danielle helped me beyond my expectations to get the issues corrected!!! I would highly recommend her specifically to anyone who needs assistance. Apple refused to help me with the issues beyond telling me to use my PC to do the IOS 17 update. Danielle allowed me to come back into the store and borrow a phone charger that had a USB end so I could utilize my computer for the update. Go Danielle and her team!!!!

Brandon was so kind, helped answer all my questions and gave me the best deal possible! Live in Canal but will continue to travel to Lancaster just for the amazing service! Thanks!... update: If it wasn't for their amazing workers in store, Verizon would be out of business. Mark was extremely helpful as my first bill after the update was all over the place. Not because of Brandon, but because Verizon is ridiculous with fees. Thank you again to Brandon and Mark!

Mark is an excellent and knowledgeable employee. He has helped activate a new phone from a 7 yr old not working LG. He also advised my daughter with an issue she was having.

Eight employees and not one of them capable of wiping the system cash. Visited 40+ Verizon stores across the country. This is the worst one.
