Brandon was so kind, helped answer all my questions and gave me the best deal possible! Live in Canal but will continue to travel to Lancaster just for the amazing service! Thanks!... update: If it wasn't for their amazing workers in store, Verizon would be out of business. Mark was extremely helpful as my first bill after the update was all over the place. Not because of Brandon, but because Verizon is ridiculous with fees. Thank you again to Brandon and Mark!

Update: They/Victoria snuck in $17 per month Device Protection add-on. Verizon refuses to refund for the time period from the date of activation to the day of the cancellation. Watch out for this sneaky add-on. Also, the promised discount isn’t showing up on our bills. Changing from 5 stars to 1.——————————————————————————Victoria was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. She helped me purchase a new device and also switch from a different carrier in no time. When I inquired about promotions and deals, she did not hesitate to look for eligible promotions for me, which I greatly appreciated.If you are in a hurry, I suggest making an appointment. This location seems to get busy so if you are impatient, definitely make an appointment. Otherwise, you might be waiting awhile.

The store manager is a real piece of work lied to me refused to help me . I will let the proper people at vz corp watch the video interaction. He had with me . And he can explain y I am a att customer now and fyi who ever reads this the phone service is way better been with vz for over 20 years . And now I have att thanks to him . And the cell service is great no lost calls at all no more turning phone off and on to get signal now . And when you go to att store they actually have the power to make changes and fix it . Vz store just tell you to call this number the have even photo copy a print out and give it to you then you call and they speak no English and on hold for hours at a time so I really recommend att and let vz no it there store manager . Y they left thanks have a good day

These guys don't know anything about helping people. They're literally there for a paycheck. The girl that works her literally told me to go to another cell phone company.. I just want to let her know if she can read this: i hope with everything I have in my body that you get fires and become homeless. You are the worst employee I've ever been fave to face with amd I've talked to foreigners that I can barely understand. And they're way smarter than you ever could be.

Not very helpful and I was treated like a 2nd class citizen. I highly recommend Verizon but not this particular representative at the Lancaster Store.
