Inside store products are marked up high but then again that is convience if you need it badly. Pharmacy staff very friendly and some know me by my first name. Timely refills are quick and done fast making a great pharmacy experience.

The shopping experience and pick-up went smoothly, but when I got home and checked my account, I found I only received $2.00 in ExtraCare Rewards instead of the $4.00 I was expecting for purchasing two L'Oréal hair products. I contacted customer service and explained that I had clipped the coupon last week when I made the online purchase. However, the representative claimed she couldn't see it and refused to honor the extra $2.00. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating customer service.

So now they want you to leave a message with the pharmacy. You know when your at work and you can take 15 minutes out of your day to call the pharmacy at work but now you cant and you have to hope when they call you back you are not on another work call. Customer service isnt a thing with CVS apparently.

This CVS is the absolute worst!! Very rude people, especially EVIE, who thought it appropriate to tell my husband and I that she’s an ahole is proud of it. Made a complaint to corporate, but I doubt anything will change.

I get my prescriptions here. I have a lot of prescriptions that I unfortunately have to take. They always do their best to make them available to me in groups so I don't have to make like 10 trips to the pharmacy. They are always kind and helpful.

I have always used CVS for my prescriptions, but I am going to start going elsewhere. I wasted a whole night trying to get my prescription filled. I called the pharmacy but couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I thought maybe they closed early. I drove over there and waited in a line of 15 people just to ask for my prescription to be filled tonight. Only one person checking people out and 2 people in the back not answering any phone calls coming in. I’m really disappointed in the customer service.

This CVS is in a very busy area of town and is a popular place. It is next to a busy strip as well. The parking lot is a bit different but you can still park and have quite a bit of room to exit your vehicle.
