“Great location and super clean well managed spaces that were secure. Renter for several years and never a problem. Occupied two different units over that timeframe and landlord was always very accommodating. We have had to store a variety of items and never experienced any loss due to pests or intrusion. “Great place, one of the most reasonable in prices in the area. Open 24 hours with easy access anytime you need it. The most important factor IMO is the customer service you get with this company. I'm from West Texas, and so have a certain expectation of customer service when dealing with a business as a customer. These days nobody seems to value their customers anymore, Mosquito Creek is like a blast from the past, from the moment you call them you can tell they actually care about their customers. Which means they ALSO will care about your stuff! I don't know about you but I would rather have someone that cares watching over my valuables(is it really valuable? Well, SHE thinks it is anyway. But do we really need pink barstools? I mean really?) So you've got a good price, absolutely wonderful people, what more can you ask for?
If you are undecided as to which storage place to choose, let me just say that I myself will be keeping my stuff at Mosquito Creek for as long as I live here, and I recommend you do the same. Had some awful experiences at storage places over the years, so happy to find one of the good ones! Thank you so much for holding the ladies' "overflow" for me, Mosquito Creek Storage! I wouldn't be able to walk through our living room without you!”
“We had a great rental experience. We rented two 26 ft trucks, one on a Tuesday, again on Saturday for a one way move. The staff was excellent, the hours were great and the location was about 10 minutes from a CAT scale which we needed to utilize. We were offered to move our drop location to a place 45 min away instead of 20 min away in order to save $350- yes please. The second truck was not swept out, which became a mess when our Lego bin fell and went everywhere, but not the end of the world. The first truck has 66k miles on it and was a more comfortable ride for 450 miles than the one that only had 3000 miles on it for our second trip.”

“Convenient U-Haul site. Unfortunately, the truck we chose on line did not have a ramp! On line gave no indication of that or a choice, the bed was at least 3 feet above the ground. We didn't discover that until we arrived to our pickup point for a refrigerator! It was very difficult and luckily we had assistance to lift it into the truck. We had to improvise greatly at home to get it off the truck!”
