“I couldn’t be happier with my rental from Sunbelt. Me and my husband rented a 50’ towable man lift to hang our Christmas lights. Everything was going great until the lift stopped working. Of course I was up in the air still. LOL. My husband tried everything to get me down, but ended up getting a ladder up to me to climb down. We called in and explained what happened. They had a repairman out to fix it within 20 - 30 min. The repairman was very nice and went right to the problem. Apparently we had two o-rings go out on the valve body that went to the one outrigger. It’s good to know that the safety system worked and stopped me from using the equipment. Ryan Connell the rental specialist took care of us and did a great job. I can’t remember the repairman’s name, but he showed up in a green Sunbelt truck. He was very nice and professional also!! I would definitely recommend Sunbelt rentals to anyone.”

“We had a great rental experience. We rented two 26 ft trucks, one on a Tuesday, again on Saturday for a one way move. The staff was excellent, the hours were great and the location was about 10 minutes from a CAT scale which we needed to utilize. We were offered to move our drop location to a place 45 min away instead of 20 min away in order to save $350- yes please. The second truck was not swept out, which became a mess when our Lego bin fell and went everywhere, but not the end of the world. The first truck has 66k miles on it and was a more comfortable ride for 450 miles than the one that only had 3000 miles on it for our second trip.”

“Came in to gain access to a unit I rented online, Janine was on a phone call, she was so professional and kind to be speaking with whoever was on the other end, which we could hear shouting through the phone. She seemed bothered but maintained such calm professional composure, offering even more help to the person on the other end of the line, we felt so bad we walked out to our car to give her some space to finish her call. She came out to tell us she was ready to take care of us, and after the stressful time was so sweet and beyond helpful getting us the information and help we needed. Very thorough, friendly, overall a wonderful face for your business. 10/10 would recommend not only for y’all’s pricing, but your service!!”
