These guys were great to work with. Very patient us as we were upgrading 2 phones. Even talked with the Samsung rep and showed us some really cool stuff on the new phones. It was a fantastic visit! We will back soon as we need more AT&T services.

Shaun and Luke were so helpful, informative and friendly. They took ample time to with me to make sure that all of my issues were taken care of. Shaun assured me that I would be very satisfied with my new iPhone when I was Leary to switch from an Android phone. I would definitely do business with with these guys and this location again!

After a nasty breakup with Verizon I was left without phones or Internet for my business and me personally. I was looking at a few providers when I noticed an AltaFiber store near where I stopped for food. WhenI walked in they explained that AT&T and Alliance and Alta weren’t synonymous and I was at the wrong location and Alta was a few doors down. I hadn’t considered Alliance but wanted to see their offerings anyway. And so glad I did!
Shawn was awesome, listening to what I needed and what my concerns were regarding changing the number of my small business at a critical time. It was close to closing time but he stayed and made sure I had what I needed to get back to work before he left, which was after closing time. Unfortunately when I got home that night I realized that one of the phones I gave him to activate wasn’t actually one of ours, it was one my friend used as a WiFi only device. But the next when I returned with the other (correct) devices he gave me the same attention he had the previous night and worked to do all he could too correct the mistake . I’m being happy with the store and hopefully my experience with Alliance will prove to be just as rewarding, which it will be if the service I received at the store is any indication!

everything about the phone is great. i got the iphone 15 pro max. the only issue i’ve had is the charger block i got does not work. it would not charge my phone.

I came into AT&T worried and concerned, just because of the issues we were having and other employees not being able to fix them. Today, mark fixed our issues in moments. Explained how to work things we were aware of. He also gave us information to help protect our phone. Also helped download the safe app. He was amazing, respectful,and willing to go over and beyond his job.Thank you Mark

Came here because I had questions about my phone and Warren was amazing. He showed me what to do and explained everything very clearly, making sure I understood. I felt like he really cares about his customers, which is so rare now. He went above and beyond and I will definitely make this my preferred store.

UPDATE YOUR HOURS SO PEOPLE DONT WASTE THEIR TIME AND DRIVE TO YOUR STORE. You already charge wayyy to much for service that works worse than prepaid why make it more difficult on your customers.
