I drove 90 minutes to drive an expedition that almost broke down. Not sure why you would advertise a vehicle for nearly 40k that barely shifts gears. Don't trust this dealership.

I went to Jake Sweeney for an oil filter, fuel filter and air filter for my truck. I told the parts department exactly what my truck was (year, model, motor, etc.) and somehow the parts person still provided me with 2 incorrect parts. They provided me with the wrong oil filter and the wrong air filter. I will never be back to this parts department. Save yourself the trouble and look it up for yourself online and buy it from a 3rd party.

Ronald Morris Jr. Is a good salesman. He explains all the features and is very knowledgeable. And he knows a great route to test drive the car giving you both curving country and highway roads to get a good feel of the vehicle.

Service personnel are very rude and cannot give estimated pricing for routine services. They do not honor their own coupons to make up for over charged service.

The service department there is very dishonest - do not go there to service your car, no matter what. I took my 2018 Buick Enclave to get checked, since a service message kept appearing. The rep showed me a list of what needed to be done, totaling $5,700. This included a new battery, battery sensor module, rear toe adjusters/loose brushings, alignment, new front brakes, and a leaking timing cover gasket for $3.5K. I was flabbergasted, paid the $129 diagnostic fee, and left. Took it to a local mechanic in Mason who checked the car over (for free) and determined that the only thing my car really needed is a new battery. I happily paid the battery and labor fee to the local mechanic. If you want to be ripped off and taken advantage of, then by all means go to this Jake Sweeney dealer. If you want honest, reliable mechanics that only do the needed work, then go elsewhere. I will never go to this Jake Sweeney Buick GMC location for anything, and will tell everybody I know as well.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with leased a new Cadillac xt4 2023Starts out they have to do something in the dash they give me a dirty loner car with no gas and key fob low on battery twice they did it same day.Really still don’t know what they fixed if anything in the screen dash wish I would have kept my trade in it was much better technology wise than Cadillac I now forced to use on core which is terrible for directions and certainly not worthy to purchase as well cirrus lol can get Spotify free I have to now get directions on my phone and listen cirrus but’s in all the time I have to go back to SpotifyAlso can’t believe I had to pay for a Cadillac hat and waiting on all weather mats promised last weekWhat a unprofessional dealership and finance doesn’t return calls
